This spacious 4 bedroom is the perfect destination to enjoy a lakeside adventure or relaxing vacation with accommodation for up to 10 guests. Country Loft features three stories, an open concept living room and kitchen with a stone fireplace and central AC.

On Little St. Germain Lake, fishing for the mighty musky is a challenge to the best of the fishermen. Once you tie into one you are hooked for good. The lake also abounds with walleye, small and largemouth bass, northern, bluegill, crappies and perch.
*Certain cabins at Elbert's Resort are pet friendly during the Spring, Fall, and Winter months for a $100 fee, per pet. Please, no pets at ANY cabin during the peak summer months (June, July, August)!

The Country Loft was a great property for our last minute family get together. The communication with the property was good, although we did come off season so the property was not shoveled. Overall, this was a nice property.

Beautiful place but....
The cabin is beautiful, the location is great for snowmobiling but besides the 2 kings size beds on the main level all the other beds are TERRIBLE, they all sink way down in the middle, the one top bunk upstairs is only a box spring! Our group (14) would absolutely stay here again if they updated the beds but otherwise we will have to pass.

We rented the cabin in August, and it was the perfect summer getaway. We brought a fishing boat with us and we're given a dock with our cabin. The playground was a hit with the kids and so was the lake. The wrap around deck was nice the rooms were spacious and well designed especially all the bunk rooms in the basement. This place doesn't look big from the pictures, but it is! I wouldn't hesitate to book here again for our annual family vacation.

Being close to gas, food and nightlife is super convenient. Timbers being right on the property is a bonus. Confirm if your cabin has a gas or wood fireplace so you can come prepared to sit by the fire if wood is necessary.

Disappointed With Our Stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Several updates have been done to the Country Loft which were great! Unfortunately, there were several things that were unacceptable. The biggest issues I had with the Country Loft was the fact that the some of the mattress pads on the beds were NOT changed before we took occupancy. On one of the beds, the stains on the mattress pad were visible through the fitted sheet. When I spoke with Angela at Hillers Property Management office, I was told if the owner of the rental property does not provide adequate mattress pads, they are not changed. There were moisture removal bags hanging on the lowest level that were FULL of fluid/water. The lowest level was very damp and there are 4 bedrooms down there. There were several other items in need of repair and the rental property was definitely not cleaned according to Covid requirements. I think a big part of the problem is the Hillers Property Management staff. Ever since they took over, the entire Elberts Resort property has gone downhill. Every item you bring to Angela’s attention is blamed on the homeowner. If everything that needs to be fixed is fixed, I would definitely recommend Country Loft to my friends.

I felt the property could be better maintained. Ceiling fan in upper level shakes, ceiling tiles in room on lower level missing. The dehumidifier should've been turned on in April. I am hoping the repairs that need to be done are completed before our stay next year. There were plenty of beds for our family, and the bedrooms were good size. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.
