The resort felt very safe. The swim up bar never had a bartender, the other bars had one, sometimes two, but very slow, so I always had to wait for a drink and they weren't very friendly. Always had to wait for the buffet, ordered coffee everyday and got it once, even when asked. The day I got it, i went to the buffet for seconds, left my bag at my table, and when I got back they cleared the whole table, so much for all my drinks. Maybe slow and laid back is their culture, but I had to wait for everthing!

We liked the people, we liked the ocean. The speciality restaurants we did not like. The portions were extremely small and not enough choices of restaurants. The buffet in our opinion did not offer enough choices, however, we were only there for three days. We really liked the little beach restaurant for lunch. Check-in and check-out were great!

It would be better to have some visible information about day and night shows/ events - it is not easy to use on line info only. pure paradise. beach was amazing. resort small and not crowded. staff pleasant. the so called diamond club with butler service was a joke tho. they did nothing for us. didnt even meet one of them until the day before we left. and the food at this resort was pretty bad.

This was my first time at a Royalton property; the brand certainly delivers. The resort is close to the airport which was great. The entire resort is like walking through a tropical botanical garden, absolutely stunning. The beach is likely the best I've been to in the Caribbean. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially my butlers, Al-Brad & Mary; the bartender Lerena was also great. The food was pretty good (everything was fresh and well prepared); the Italian and Indian spots were very good. I loved the little coffee house that I went to every day for espresso and little desserts. I loved that this resort was big enough to give you plenty of space but not a mega-resort. I came for a bit of peace, quiet and beauty and my mission was accomplished. This resort and the Island of Grenada are absolute gems and I would return in a heartbeat!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I would not recommend this resort at all. I stayed with my family as a Diamond Club member in December 2024 and had my handbag stolen from my hotel room. The resort’s response was extremely poor and unreassuring of the hotel’s security standards. Three weeks later, the resort has yet to satisfactorily address the issue. UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL ON THEIR PART.

There is so much potential. Really nice Hotel but poorly managed. We were told to use the App to book restaurants but it didn’t work and left us stranded and only able to go to buffet. Our friends payed much more for diamond rooms and service. Their butler had no better luck. On New Years Eve Gala they ran out of main course items and Dessert also. When paying such a high price for a resort I felt it wasn’t up to scratch. The worst thing to me was staff was complacent and an apology and empathy would have gone a long way.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the location is great. Rum punch arrival is a welcome and bars do nice cocktails even though the selection was a bit limited. Prior to our arrival we requested room with beach view and informed them of our requirements for dairy free milk. We were not informed that room didn’t have a beach view but wasn’t a problem to be honest. The reception staff were responsive, polite and helpful. When we arrived the room was lovely and clean but no towels or shower gel in bathroom. The room had tea but not dairy free milk to make tea. Though in Grenada there was a lack of Grenadian cuisine or drinks on offer which felt like a real shame as it took away from authenticity. When asking staff about the contents of food or drinks the staff appeared not to know. It would helpful be to indicate ingredients in the buffet so hotel guests can see. It wasn’t clear what food was vegan or gluten free. The breakfast was very wide ranging and I enjoyed it. When entering the restaurant there were often delays even though there were tables free. The clearing up and seating at tables process seemed a little inefficient. Also, a smile would really help. I can only hope that staff are being treated well. The entertainment staff were excellent. There was an amazing bartender on Saturday night (male with twists) in the main area The other was Malcolm, I believe the dancer. Massages are overpriced almost double what I’d pay in UK. We went outside to get better deal.
