"This is a beautiful property and our host was great. It is set in beautiful gardens which I wish we’d had more time to enjoy. My main criteria when choosing somewhere to stay is easy parking and a walk in shower. Only issue was that I’d requested a room with a shower as I find a bathtub difficult. There was one on the website in the house but it must have been allocated, so we were given the delightful gite in the garden. Unfortunately the upstairs bathroom has a wonderful shower,...

"The owner, Chantal and her husband where very accommodating. Although she had no record of our booking there was no issue and she gave us a really nice room with en suite. La Feuillie is a lovely area in the bocage, about 6km from Periers. Breakfast was very nice too, each day we had baguette , brioche, home made cake and 6-7 various jams, all home made. We were made very welcome and I would return."

"The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel itself was very comfortable, a simple but clean place that had everything I needed. It’s close to museums and restaurants and bakeries and grocery stores. The whole town seemed very pedestrian-friendly. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but I felt safe and comfortable and very well taken care of. Merci!"

"Excellent place for a week with the family. Facilities good. We all loved the jacuzzi. Off road parking and really convenient location for visits to the Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel, Granville etc Lovely beach and dune walks locally and reasonably close to good supermarkets. Next time we'll remember that shops have different closure times to ours. Only downside was steepness of stairs but our senior was glad of the downstairs bedoom"
