Settle into this sunny and serene home that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining table for meals. Extras include both Keurig and standard coffee makers and an air fryer.

An inviting family room presents multiple seating options, a large smart TV for streaming your favorite channels, and a sliding glass door that opens out to the upper balcony. Relax and restore in one of three plush bedrooms, each with a TV, including the primary with a private balcony. A baby pack, play crib, and three full baths provide added convenience for families.

When you're craving a little friendly competition, you'll find an electric shuffleboard table awaiting you in the rainy day game room under the house, along with a ping-pong table and card table for board games, puzzles, or cards.

Outdoors, enjoy the view while sizzling your favorite foods on the private charcoal grill. The picnic table is the perfect touch for sharing family meals and conversation. When adventure calls, stroll out to the sand via a private boardwalk, or take a short walk to discover local shops, attractions, and some of the best restaurants in town! Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The Perfect Stay
We stayed in the off-season to enjoy a quiet weekend away. It was the perfect spot to hang out with family for the weekend and relax listening to the waves.

Great Location in St George
We were very pleased with our stay at "Down in Kokomo". The space is very well furnished and close to bars, restaurants and the Piggly Wiggly (they have everything...). We were fortunate to have some great weather for February and enjoyed surf fishing and beach time.

Great place to stay for a beach break; boardwalk from the bedroom and lounge leads straight to the perfect sandy beach. Property is well appointed and very comfortable if showing some very slight wear and tear.

Wonderful Stay!
Such a beatiful property! Everything was very clean, inviting, and cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything you need for the beach was there - lots of toys, an unbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and fishing wagon. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!
Our family of four really enjoyed this house. Steps from the beach with great neighbors beside us. We were able to walk to the pizza place, ice cream shop, coffee shop and grocery store. It had everything we needed for our short stay. SGI is the perfect getaway!

LOVED Down in Kokomo!!
We fell in love with Down in Kokomo last week! This beach house is not only beautiful, well decorated, clean and comfortable, but it is also in the perfect location for amazing sunrises, sunsets, beach front views, listening to waves crashing, seagulls singing, dolphing watching... Not to mention convenient to dining, shopping, golf carting, biking, walking, public playground, lighthouse and other entertainment on the island. Relaxing and full of entertainment!

Superb
We stayed for 9 nights in October. This was our third stay at St George and this place was by far the best. We come to be as close as possible to the beach, the view any time of day or night. The kitchen was fully stocked and we used the Keurig and regular coffee maker. We could not get the ice maker to work but it was not an issue. In my country we don’t put ice in our drinks. The beds were super comfortable as was the furniture especially the leather couch with recliners. When you travel bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, spices, coffee, etc. if you forget there is a Piggly Wiggly that has a great assortment . All dog friendly restaurants are in walking distance. This was a superb home and our vacation was simply awesome. Lastly, they provide beach chairs, water sports items, etc. We will definitely be back.

Sweet Home
A week filled with rest, relaxation and laughter. The house was beautiful setting on the waterfront..The beds were comfortable. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. The only negative was adjusting the water temperature in the bathrooms for showers...new hardware can resolve that issue. Otherwise, all was good. We will return for future vacations.

Lovely location and nice house
We had a really great stay at Kokomo (East End), it is in a great location very near the little shops and restaurants on the island and with a superb view and walk to the beach! The outdoor spaces were so nice, and the house has exactly what was listed. We had to contact the management company about the lack of umbrella for the beach, but that was promptly taken care of. Decent beds, a really comfy couch, fantastic tv situation for those hot afternoons…. Overall it was just such a great getaway.

Picturesque Vacation
We absolutely loved this house. Incredible views, location and amenities. Only complaint is a lack of mattress protectors. My husband has worked in hotel management for many years. This should be standard for both cleanliness and longevity of the mattresses. If this addressed, we would love to return. Excellent spot!

Very nice, clean, well equipped, beautiful location. Lots of steps. Someone with mobility problems could not stay here. It is advertised as sleeping 8. You need to be specific and tell people that the 2 bunk beds are for small children. Otherwise, a very nice place. Thank you.

Beach Perfect!
Down in Kokomo was perfect for our 2 families of 7 adults. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for everyone. The upstairs loft worked great for our 3 young adults. The beach views from the living room and both decks are amazing. We loved watching the dolphins and beach activities. There are beach chairs and toys available for use. We love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The appliances are all top notch. You do have to be creative with pantry space and the house does not keep any spices. Down in Kokomo was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. Hats off to the cleaning crew. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed and looking forward to returning.

Our Little 'Peace' of Heaven
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kokomo. Even though it was spring break week, it was pretty quiet and provided a relaxing getaway for us. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was cozily decorated and had more than enough space for our group of 5. Our highlights were watching the dolphins from the porches and walking the beach while watching the sunrises and sunsets. The houses are close and we lucked out that nobody was in one of the houses next to us, but be aware that the porches all line up and look onto each other so if you want privacy this property isn't for you. But the pros of being feet from the beach and having that amazing view ensure that we'll be back.

Maintenace needed
Sliding hanging falling off the house and it beat on the walls in the wind. strange sound to sleep too. The bedroom TV remotes didn't work. No trash bags, I guess the cleaning crew likes to scrub cans. I don't think the owner would be very happy to see the state of the house and grounds. It is unkept and trashy between and behind the house.

Poorly maintained property but beautiful beach
Sad to say we didn’t think the property or the property manager (Vacasa) were the best. First of all, the positives- beautiful beach with great access, great a/c, and comfy bed. When we arrived we struggled to get the door open. We finally got in and found that we didn’t have a Hairdryer. We contacted the manager about the 2 issues and it took several more contacting and 20 hours to have them take care of the issues. There was a broken balcony chair and all the other outdoor furniture pieces were turned over. The bathrooms were small and very outdated. One of the shower faucets felt like it was about to fall off. One toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall and sitting on the window ledge. One of the main kitchen cabinet doors fell out when we opened it bc the hinge was broken and not attached. Dishwasher is incredibly dirty inside and the ice maker didn’t make ice. Yes, I checked to make sure it was in the “on” position. The house has such potential but desperately needs someTLC. For the price, we expected more! The area was “ok”. The beach was gorgeous!

Lovely stay

Couples getaway

Not well-maintained or worth the price!
The dishwasher was covered in mildew, so we rewashed everything before using and hand washed the dishes after use. Tumblers had been put away in cabinets upside down, still wet & smelled like mildew. There was mold on the glass doors of the showers and around the kitchen sink, including on the paper towel holder. There was a broken window in the kitchen with the cracks in the glass covered with tape. In the primary bedroom there was a used, dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the sink faucet was loose and there was sand on the floor around the bed. The TV in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work. They only provided enough full sized towels for 1 per person. No beach towels, even after I emailed prior to the trip to confirm they would be provided. The dryer must have had sand in it bc clothes and towels came out with sand on them after being washed. Our 2nd night a loud alarm started going off under the house. After investigating, we realized it was a sewage alarm. I contacted the property management because it was so loud and disturbing our sleep. They asked us to walk around the property and look under the house for any sort of leak, in the dark in the middle of the night! Someone came out the next morning to turn the alarm off. The next night the shower in the primary bathroom didn’t turn on. There were empty beer cans & water bottles on the ground around the back deck. The game room had a terrible odor, so we couldn’t spend time in there.
