Serendipity By The Sea is a perfect place for a family get-away. A short walk from the Gulf and the Bay-side beaches, just two miles of bike path to the amazing St. George Island state park. Step outside and enjoy the screened porch or chill in the refreshing outdoor shower after a swim at the beach. Situated on a one-acre shaded lot with birds and other wildlife.
