It's all about location with this condo near the beach! Guests can spend the day exploring, boating, and sailing, then shower off at the outdoor shower and relax in the shared community pool. The fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking for everyone a breeze - but you can always cook up on the shared charcoal grill as well. At the end of it all, tuck into one of the queen beds or up in the loft.

The beach is just a few steps from this home, as is a selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The beautiful St. George Island Lighthouse is located in the middle of the island just under a mile away. St. George Island State Park is a short nine mile drive away, offering beautiful beaches, sand dunes, and salt marshes. Enjoy the local seafood from one of the many eateries or catch your own dinner aboard one of the many local fishing charters.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great little flat close to beach

Perfect place for us!
We love this condo ( and the little group of condos that it is in). We travel with a couple of other couples/families and this is the perfect location for all of us. We all have our own space but are close enough together to share dinners and cocktails. Short walk across the road to the beach. We pick this place over and over for the location and the set up of the condo. Condos have everything you need. Set up with dishes, appliances, etc. The beds are comfortable. The only thing we are sad about is that seemingly lots of others have found our hidden gem of St. George and now the costs of renting are increasing substantially. It doesn't keep us from booking though... booked for next spring break before we left.

The place was cozy. It was located across the street from a beach access walkover. There were plenty of towels for our group and dishes and cupwear. There was no cable only Roku tv, so make sure you know your passwords to your streaming apps 😁. Also the master bedroom bed was squeaky and the whole house heard everytime you moved. Will look to rebook in the future.

Good location with pool, cleaning fee too high
The location was great, right across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. The pool was a nice amenity. The kitchen was nice and my children liked the twin beds in the loft area. That being said, the cleaning fee for one night was well over $200, which is absurd. Especially, given the fact that when we checked in the bedding was still in the wash. We have to dry the bedding and make own beds. Also, the batteries in the tv remotes where dead.

Gulf Get-a Way
Location was very good. Across one street from beach. Boardwalk right in front of unit. Pool was clean with plenty of tables and chairs. Two bedrm, two bath unit w/ loft w/ additional bed. Dining area was a little small, w/ stools at the kitchen counter. But was fine for the 3 of us. All units on ground floor. Called maint for chirping smoke alarm and loose stove handle. Maint Tech came right over and fixed. Would stay there again.

Musty smell in the unit and close to beach.
Location was great. The unit had a very bad musty smell. We could not use the ceiling fan to air it out because it had a bad rattle. Floor tiles in main bath were broken. Swimming pool area was nasty, pool toys and pool furniture were filthy and the pool was dirty.

We left a day early
I'd advise anyone to avoid this place Location is good, across from public beach access. The pictures dont give an idea of how dark and depressing the place is...it is the interior unit of a 6 unit condo and there are only 2 windows *in the bedrooms. The pool needed cleaning badly and the bottom had debris and the sides had mustard algae. Someone finally cleaned it on our 3rd day there. The front "porch" is 8 plastic rockers overlooking the cinder parking lot....beyond which you can see the gulf. I am hard pressed to believe that the 5 star reviews are legit
