This clean and professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom rental offers many high-end extras, making it perfect for your Southern Utah vacation. Zion National Park is in close proximity, and the home is nestled on a cul-de-sac, within walking distance to both heated year-round community pools and pickleball courts.

Upon entering the home, you'll find a well-organized entryway with built-in coat racks and shelves for easy access and organization. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, and granite countertops with barstool seating for four. The expandable dining room table can comfortably seat up to 10 people.

The living room features a huge sectional sofa in front of a custom-designed wall unit, providing an elegant and well-lit space. A 65" TV and Blu-ray player add to the entertainment options. The large patio off the living room is perfect for meals or relaxation in the warm sunshine, complete with an outdoor grill. Outdoor luxury dining tables and chairs accommodate seating for 12.

The main floor master bedroom offers a King bed with a spacious master suite and double sinks. A 49" TV is provided in the master, and adjacent to the master bathroom is a laundry room with a heavy-duty washer and dryer. Another half bath is conveniently located on the main floor, across from the double-car garage.

Upstairs, the loft is open and roomy, featuring another sectional with a sofa bed, a big flat-screen TV, and another Blu-ray player. The loft also includes a Legends Ultimate Arcade game for hours of family fun. A door leads to the second outdoor living area with a cushioned couch and lounge chairs under a beautiful pergola.

The upstairs bunk room boasts built-in bunk beds, each with its own full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs each have their private full bathrooms—one roomy enough for two queen beds, and the other featuring a King bed. Each bedroom is equipped with its 49" TV.

The Ledges vacation community, located just north of St. George, Utah, offers breathtaking views and endless trails, with a golf course on-site. The community features two pools, pickleball courts, and the Fish Rock Grille overlooking the golf course. This condo was nice but needed some attention, such as the leaking ice maker in the fridge and lack of shades on the patio door/window. A coffee maker that brews more than 3 cups is also needed.

Great property!
This was our first experience with VRBO and, needless to say, we'll book with them again. There was one small issue in the kitchen (moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker). Luckily, there was another coffee maker so the coffee drinkers were able to use that. It was a very clean property and plenty of room when we were all there at the same time. Thank you for helping make our stay enjoyable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Whiterocks Vista! Immaculate and a great use of space! We had plenty of room for 13 people (3 adults, 6 20-somethings, and 4 children ages 10-14) plus my parents that joined us during the day. Everyone pretty much had their space to not feel cramped or on top of each other. The bunk room is fun and the bunks are fairly large. Beds were all very comfortable including the foldout in the upstairs loft area. Never had to wait for a bathroom with 4-1/2! Smart TVs in all the sleeping areas and the living room. The front porch area is a nice hang out spot in the evenings/night. Back porch and grill made for a great outdoor meal area. This condo is definitely newer and well supplied. Kitchen was perfect to cook for and eat with a large group--toaster, crockpot, coffee maker, blender, stand-up mixer, plates, utensils, and glasses for 16+, plastic ware for small children, every basic cooking tool you could need, and plenty of kitchen towels. Everyone loved the large pool with a large kiddie area, large deeper area, and hot tub. Nice pool towels were supplied at the condo. Very happy with our stay! Couple things to know: 1) Condo is located almost 15 minutes west of St. George so it's not convenient to "run and pick something up". You need to think ahead while in town. 2)Remove the tin foil from the oven to bake. We had take 'n bake pizzas that the dough was raw on the bottom until we removed the tinfoil. Very frustrating discovery when cooking for a crowd. (maybe they were trying the keep the bottom of the oven clean???)

Softball coaches dream
Chose this property for the bunk beds & the cubbies by the door to hang ball bags up for the kids but it was soooo much more! The house had the perfect layout for sharing and the kids loved the video games. Two separate living rooms gave everyone space to relax in and no shortage of bathrooms made getting ready super convenient. Check in/check out was super easy, located a little out of town but worth the extra 10 min!

Great place as a launching pad
Great location if you don't want to be in the center of St George or Hurricane. The place is spacious, well maintained, quiet neighbors and has a great back patio. We were here biking for 4 days and the location is super convient for accessing trails, parks and dirt. Pool is great for post ride dips. Highly recommend!

One of the best VRBO units we’ve stayed in!
Location is perfect for a day trip to Zion. Plan for a day at Snow Canyon state park which is right down the street. There were far less crowds there and was probably my favorite park. If you fly into Las Vegas, make sure to stop at Valley of Fire state park on way to or from airport. The unit was exceptionally clean and just as good as the pictures...if not better! I would 100% recommend this place and hope to return again.
