Just a short walk from your townhome is this brand new complex (housed where the old Green Valley Spa used to be) that features the RinQ, an indoor roller rink, complete with a DJ booth, glow-in-the-dark black lighting and large disco ball for the best cosmic old-school roller skating in St. George! They also have "Nets On Fire", indoor basketball or volleyball courts you can rent out as a sports team, or as just a drop-in visitor to play some hoops. Prices vary, call ahead. They also offer a small outdoor putting green, game tables, indoor/outdoor seating. Rollerblading is allowed and they offer skate rentals and skate maids for beginners to avoid falling.

Lots of room!
Overall we had a great stay with our family of 14 (kids and grandkids). It was a fun place with a lot of amenities and had just about everything we needed. There was plenty of room for us all, and I loved that most of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms. The kids loved being able to go to Las Palmas, although one time when we went they only let in 8 of us. I didn't get it, because we had all gone in the rest of the week. We did have an issue with the key pad. We just took the garage door opener with us the rest of the trip in order to get in. Management was very helpful with other issues. I would have appreciated a vacuum and mop to clean up the messes during the week. And the carpets could use a cleaning, but overall it was a great place for a large family with a lot of little ones!

Reviewer Comments: I went to this house with a group of friends and had so much fun there are lots of things to do with our having to drive a long ways The only thing that really annoyed us is how bad the Wi-Fi at the house was at night we all liked to watch a movie and we he bad Wi-Fi made it super hard we ended up having to use the hot spot on our phones and that was only way we could make it work Over all great experience very fun Nice house

Great number of beds and rooms, but lots of issues with housekeeping and maintenance items.
Although we enjoyed our stay overall, we had multiple issues that were a nuisance. Great number of rooms and beds, and bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. Problems: filthy carpets, had to clean AC filters ourselves to get AC to work properly, missing remote, broken shower curtain, clogged drain in tub, and door codes and internet passwords that didn’t work.

Also, the towel and toilet paper racks are not securely on the walls so watch out! Pretty clean, we did have to sweep again after we checked in though but other than that things were clean and tidy. Also, something to be mindful of...the couch does not look like the is pretty worn!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice house with a good location. The beds were not very comfortable. There wasn't a lot of communication with the owner. I would get texts from them but when I tried to respond or text them for questions, I got no response. There was also a loud humming/high pitch on the main floor mini-split unit that was very annoying. The heater in the triple bunk room did not work. It wasn't a problem until the last night. Those were the problems, which were little. It was clean, well-maintained. I would go there again (if they got better mattresses). We loved the heated pool in February, as well as access to the Los Palmos resort.

I am not trying to be mean but I have stayed at hundreds of VRBO places and this one was so dirty. the carpet on the 3rd floor was so stained and dirty, the carpet on the 2nd floor was stained also with bleach spots everywhere and the carpet by the TV on the first floor was so dirty, we could not find a vacuum to clean it up. Also the flooring on the first floor was so dirty our white socks were brown by the end of the day. We got water on the floor and when we wiped it up with a paper towel the paper towel was so black and gross. I don't think they have been moped or vacuumed in a long time. The 2nd floor pink room the fan in the bathroom never turned off, so annoying. the air conditioners in each room were so noisy probably because the filters were so disgustingly dirty!! the Kitchen was overkill with all of your labels everywhere, so much stuff, if the microwave is broken replace it instead of putting another one on the counter taking up space for our food because you overloaded the pantry with stuff. No place to put our groceries. You tell us to park one car in the garage but you had a ping pong table in there so only one car in the driveway. DO BETTER!!!! If you know roaches will come in then fill the huge gap under the front door! DO BETTER

Great Place to stay
Very spacious place. We had 7 people staying with us, everyone had their own rooms, plenty of room for people to hang out together. A few minor things need maintenance ( normal things) Pickleball courts at each end of the building!!! Played everyday. Wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay again!!

This was a great place for our very large group. There was enough space for us all to be together. The home is clean and well kept. The location is just where we like to be, close to the shopping centers and entertainment. The guess pass to the Las Palmas swimming resort was an added plus.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had high hopes when booking this property and were quickly disappointed. Upon arrival, the door code provided did not work. We called the support number provided and the staff who answered let us know that they would contact their on call support for help. After waiting 15 minutes with no reponse back from them, we called the support number again. They claimed they had not heard back from the on call team and would call them again. We again waited for another 15 minutes without any reponse. We called a third time and the staff were unable to provide us any answers or any support. We remained locked out of the home in the rain for over an hour before we finally got a call from the on call staff who told us they were out running errands and didnt see the calls/texts. We were given a new code that worked about 50% of the time. The door lock was a pain and it would take several tries to enter the home. We ended up using the garage door opener to enter and exit the home. Overall, the house was well worn- dirt/scuffs on the walls and furniture were common. The furniture in the living space smelled like wet dog and the cushions/pillows were fraying and coming apart. The air conditioner units were covered in dust and desperately needed to be cleaned. We found several cockroaches in the home during our stay and a note posted in the garage that this was normal. Overall, we wont be booking again.

Our kids loved the third floor rooms and that they could have that floor to themselves. The only disappointment we encountered was that the pool pass to the Las Palmas Resort pools only let in 8 people, which was a little disappointing to have to pay extra for the rest of us to get in. It would just be nice if all of us could have gotten in with the pool pass. Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay and we're glad we chose to stay here! Thank you!

I Really Wanted to Love it...

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Minuses: Bath tissue and towel racks are coming off walls. Management was not helpful when asking for items. Kitchen missing several items. The kitchen was dirty when we arrived. Not properly stocked with bath tissue and other basic items. Freezer doesn't make ice and no filtered water. Pluses: I liked the space, how big it was.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a great location and sleeps a lot of people. The triple bunks would be better used for children than adults. The door codes we were given were incorrect, but Utah's Best quickly remedied the situation with great communication via text . Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained, but the carpet would benefit from a cleaning. I would stay here again.
