Retreat to St. George at Sunrise Corner at the Lofts #43. This 4 bed/3.5 bath townhome is located in Green Valley with hiking and biking trails just out the door!

As you enter this home greets you with an open floor plan where they can enjoy the comfy large sectional sofa and two love leather swivel rocking chairs as you watch a little TV or just enjoy some downtime. This flows into the kitchen where at the bar there is seating for 4, a separate dining space with seating for up to 10. The kitchen has tons of cupboard space and sleek black stainless appliances including a gas range. The main level also boasts a ½ bath, a master bedroom with bath, and an outdoor patio area complete with a BBQ grill and outside dining.

Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer, a bunk room with 2 full over full bunk beds, a huge bean bag chair, and a TV. You can escape and sit on the deck in the cool egg chair. There is a second master bedroom with an en suite with King Bed and TV, and the 3rd bedroom upstairs has another king bed and TV too. There is an additional full bath down the hall. Each upstairs room has access to an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy the views of St George.

Contemporary Resort Style Living! The Lofts amenities include a 110-foot resort-style pool area and features two 19-person hot tubs, a water slide, waterfall feature, and splash pads. Private decks on all upper bedrooms! Walking distance to some of the most sought-after hiking and biking trails to explore! Enjoy our pickleball courts just a short walk from the pool area!

Awesome location for a relaxing stay
We have been to this location before and keep coming back. Great location in the city near lots of attractions. Fun pool, wonderful house layout, and large kitchen. We had a wonderful stay with our family.

Family Getaway
We had such a great stay! We enjoyed going down to the pickleball courts in the mornings and using the provided balls to play. The kids watched us from the balcony, it was so nice that it was right in the backyard! We also really enjoyed the pool, especially the water slide! We are looking forward to coming again!

Great location for a good price
Eraclio was a great host who was very informative ahead of our stay with restaurants etc. and a quick communicator when we had questions. The location is great with a nice nearly private beach right in front. Miguel the house superintendent is very friendly and helpful and worked hard to make us comfortable. We loved our stay!

Great vacation property!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was clean, spacious, and the location was great. Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Adults enjoyed the 2 spacious hot tubs. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts in the evenings. The grill was awesome and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Red rocks vacation
Very nice property with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Close to State and National parks along with 4 wheeling and mountain bike trails. Property has pickle ball courts and a nice swimming pool/hot tub. Thunder junction park is only a couple miles down Dixie drive and has lots of things for the younger kids to do also.

Spacious Family Fun
We loved tge views. The layout was perfect for our family and everyone had a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were spacious and did not overcrowd. The parking was only slight issue as it got crowded. The pools and hot tubs were fun and satisfied kids and young adults alike. Pickleball courts were a short walk away and views from this property made it the perfect stay for us.

Perfect for our large group
Some of my siblings and my parents met for a funeral and this was our “home away from home.” Some other relatives joined us for dinner in the condo. There was plenty of space for visiting and the kitchen was well equipped for a large group. The place was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. I wish I could give this place 5 1/2 stars!!!

It was nice overall. Good location, amenities, and comfortable. Cleanliness was 4 stars because microwave wasn’t cleaned, and place mats on table were dirty. But it’s okay, it didn’t kill our experience. The positives outweighed it, we had a good stay.

Nice place with good amenities. Was a little disappointed that there wasn't a full roll of paper towels, nor a replacement role or two given the occupancy capacity of the home and the time we stayed there. However, this is a place I would stay at in the future.
