Welcome to your home away from home! This modern southwest-style condo sits on the Green Valley side of town, offering the perfect location for outdoor adventures! This contemporary condo has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes a teak dining room table, as well as a spacious counter with bar stool seating for 4. Just off the kitchen is an east-facing deck (afternoon shade) with a Weber grill and patio table and chairs. Perfect for dining or relaxing outside surrounded by the many palm trees and desert landscape. The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax by watching the new TV or enjoying the fireplace on a St. George winter evening.

The master suite is complete with teak armor, TV, walk-in closet, and garden tub in the en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, TV, and walk-in closet. Sunny Palms is excited to host your fun-filled getaway! (The home is located on the second floor. You can access it by stairs or elevator.)

The Las Palmas community features a large outdoor lap pool, indoor lap pool, small children's pool, 2 hot tubs, basketball courts, pickleball courts, life-size chess, ping pong tables, miniature golf, and picnic tables, and more! Access includes a clubhouse as well as restrooms, showers, a lounge area with a TV, and a fitness center with equipment. This community DOES NOT ALLOW RV and trailer parking. There are 5 Additional outdoor parking spots for RVs and trailers available at "Cover It RV and Boat Storage" located in Hurricane, UT for $15 dollars per day. Call for availability at 435-680-8862

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It is right by one of the three pools in Las Palmas. This condo is on the back end so it’s really quiet and less busy than the main part of Las Palmas. We booked this condo with VRBO but is managed by Red Rock Vacations and they are amazing with the communication! There was a mix up with the bedding because VRBO didn’t have an updated listing but it all worked out. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is really nice. The complex is a bit outdated but dont let that fool you. The grounds are well maintained! The home is well equipped with all the essentials. The only real issue we had was streaming different apps on TV. The router is in the master so getting a good connection was frustrating however the wifi was great, such an odd thing. We didn’t go to the pools but there were several families at every pool. Definitely a family environment!

This condo was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked for preparing and cooking food. I honestly don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a rental that was cleaner than this one. The only downside is that the family pool sits directly behind the condo, so it was noisy until 10 pm.

Great accommodations!
This unit is very spacious and nicely updated. It has been beautifully decorated and was extremely well equipped. We didn’t want for anything and were very comfortable. The unit overlooks the “family” pool and a play area. There were lots of children having a good time. At least it stopped at 10 each night when the pool closed. It wasn’t the peaceful, relaxing evening we were anticipating on our vacation. Next time we will look for accommodations further away from a pool and play area.
