Cozy Resort Condo with family-friendly pools

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is on the third floor, so there's no need to listen to the people above you walk around. With a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a queen-sized hide-a-bed couch in the living room, and a futon that can be moved to where it's convenient for you, this condo can sleep up to five people. There is a full kitchen with pots, pans, knives, plates, silverware, spices, a crockpot, and a coffee maker....all you'll need in order to prepare meals for your family (just bring your own food!). You'll also have wireless internet and two televisions: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. During your stay, you will have access to six swimming pools, a clubhouse, splash pad, exercise facilities, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and a volley ball area.

Great location in a quiet area that has lots of amenities to enjoy. The condo was very clean and the availability of a washer/dryer was fantastic. Brittany was very easy to communicate with and provided quick responses. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy but great!
We had 4 adults and we were able to fit everyone with an air mattress, couch and the one bed. It was definitely cozy but it worked for what we needed it for. It’s very cute and a nice spot! The pools make it definitely worth it!

Lovely home away from home.
This is a great spot with everything you need for a great stay. We loved the location and the pools and pickleball courts were wonderful. We had a wifi issue that was resolved quickly and with such kindness by Don with Ubiquity. Brittany was great as the host and easy to get in touch with. This place is well worth it and the price is awesome. We’ll be back!

Great Condo in beautiful St George
We came to St George to visit our daughter and we love staying at Las Palmas! It is a beautiful property with tons of amenities. This condo is perfect for a small family and has everything you need for a perfect stay! It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay again in the future.

We had a great stay at this condo. Furnished with everything you’ll need, clean and comfortable. They had games in the condo which my kids enjoyed. We had a great time using the amenities the clubhouse as well.

We liked the glass-enclosed pool. The outside temperature was way below normal but we fell warm as we used the hot tub, swimming pool and lounge chairs. The afternoon was especially nice with the sun pouring in the west windows.

Girls Getaway
This was such an amazing experience for us! My girls were so excited for a getaway and being able to use all the pools and explore St George. My oldest is obsessed with St George so this was a dream trip for her! The condo was so nice and setup perfectly for us! The owners were awesome and great to communicate with us. We can’t say enough great things about this place! We will for sure be coming back!

PERFECTION
I absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect location for us to be able to adventure around. Driving distance from 9 different National Parks was only between 2 - 5 hours. St George is a nice place and the condo pools were awesome! Check-in was very simple and they were on top of communication! The condo was nice & clean and had everything we were needing! We could have easily brought our 2 boys with us with room for them to crash as well if needed. Will absolutely be back! Thank you again!

Red Rock Heaven
Situated 40 or so minutes from majestic Zion National Park, near Snow Canyon State Park is the condo resort. What an absolute oasis in the middle of breathtaking scenery and mountain vistas. Golf amongst the red rock, hike the lava trails of Snow Canyon, and spend the day by 3 incredible pools (often empty!). This condo, resort, as well as Brittany (the host) are absolute gems. Some of the best money I have EVER spent! And that's not hyperbole!! If you want a place to relax and feel completely comfortable in while touring the incredible sights of Southern Utah- look no further!!!

Great Place!
We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed Las Palmas very much. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Landscaping was beautiful. Only negative was the frequency of the leaf blowing....noisy. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Communication with the host was pretty good. 1 text was answered very promptly. The other 2 texts were within 48 hours and we would have preferred more promptness, Admittedly, this is a small point. Overall, the experience was fantastic.

Las Palmas vacation
We stayed at the property for 10 nights for a family climbing and hiking trip. The apartment is well equipped and good value for the price. Brittany and Mike, the hosts, were very responsive and welcoming. The resort in general is showing it's age - we had a few issues with water and the internet was being replaced while we were there, which did not go smoothly (we didn't have wi-fi, tv, heat for three days). This is mostly a reflection of the resort management rather than the hosts, and expect that internet will be resolved. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Cramped and old
Very small area. No place to eat, uses stools or tv tables. No place for a laptop, had to use the kitchen counter. No storage for food in kitchen, had to leave it out on the counter. No place to put clothes. Only cupboard in bedroom full of owner's stuff. Dresser in closet takes up all the hanging space. Futon in bedroom leaves only 15 inches to walk through the room. Bathroom door catches on ceiling and only opens half way. Only three kitchen knives; went to dollar store and bought some. Good area, good facilities, easy in and out.

Bad things happen to everyone, it is how people respond that matters.
The AC unit failed before we came and the techs were working on it. We got notified we would need to check in a bit later. I was happy for the notification and things worked out. More problems ended up happening beyond anyone’s control and they kept offering to refund us and put us up elsewhere. In the end we spent 2 off our three nights there. We loved the amenities and the location. I would work with them again. Bad things happen to all, but the good people know how to work through it. If your get it more you will have awesome AC!

Golf vacation to St. George
It was our first experiebnce with VRBO. We like the concept and m do it again. However, we would NOT recommend this particular OWNER/UNIT again. I am 73 years old and looked up the facility based on the address and saw that the units had elevators; which are very important to us. Hauling luggage and golf clubs up stairs to a 3rd Flloor unit every day wasn't what we were anxious to pay for. The elevator was broken when we arrived Wednesday afternoon and there was NEVER any sign of anyone attempting to repaire it for our entire stay of 5 days. When we arrived Wednesday evening, there was no internet or TV. Of course, Wednesday after we got settled in, we called the phone number of the owner whose "welcome letter" to us said to "call if we had any issues or questions". We wanted to know how to get the TV and Internet to work.THE OWNERS NEVER RETURNED our call OR followed up with an email. (We did finally get the internet up and running and the TV to function Thursday night following a lengthy conversation with our son-in-law in Colorado who heads up the IT Department in his company.) We would certainly be interetsed in hearing whether or not some type of refund might be in order for the lack of elevator; TV/Internet outage, and lack of owner responsiveness. It will likely inmpact our future decisions related to using VRBO again and how we recommend VRBO to others. Thank you!
