The house was perfect for our short stay in St. George. Very comfortable bed, exceptional kitchen & perhaps the quietest dishwasher we’ve encountered! We’d love to stay again next time we find ourselves in Southern Utah!
We came for a soccer tournament and this was such a perfect little home with a great location. We were able to ride our electric scooters that we brought all over downtown and on the paved trails. The home was well equipped and very clean. We would for sure stay here again!
The house was perfect in ever way. Totally remodeled inside and the host supplied everything you could need. The bed was super comfortable, great fluffy towels, coffee, tea and snacks! We were there for the senior games and you could walk to the university. Perfect location!!!we will definitely stay here again.
This place was amazing! Great Location and just overall felt like home.
Only thing that I could see to make it better would be a small little spa on back deck.
Thanks for the great relaxing stay away from the winter snow!
This was the first time using Vrbo and this place set the bar high! Cutest little house and the host thought of everything, all the way down to the nightlight in the bathroom. Very comfortable and cozy. Exactly the place I needed to be able to work during the day while in town visiting family for Christmas. Also a great, central location.
My husband and I were looking for Rest and Relaxation, that was what we got in this beautiful, warm, and comfortable home. We appreciated the nice thoughtful touches from the owners, too. Another bonus, was its location, near stores, restaurants and Tuacahn plays.Love our new find, this cozy cottage, hope to see you next Tuacahn play season.
Adorable doll house a block from St George LDS temple and close central location to downtown St George. Older home completely renovated with brand new everything. Very comfortable and clean. Sheets were so soft I had trouble getting out of bed in the morning…. Loved having water and dryer so I could go home with all clean clothes. This little house has lots of charm.
JoAnne and I spent 3 days at David’s cottage in St. George. The accommodations from the well supplied kitchen, comfortable bed , well stocked bathroom, living room with fireplace/ TV/ with a great couch and superior lighting. The cottage was spotless, quiet, convenient to tourist attractions and all services. The cottage deck /patio was was an added bonus. David thank-you for allowing us to stay at your house, we had a lovely time and hope to return next year.

The house was adorable, renovated, clean, and situated in a great location to historic downtown and Utah Tech University. My husband, teen son, and I were in town to watch our older son compete in a swim invitational at Utah Tech, and the house is an easy walking distance from the university pool. It is also an easy distance to multiple good restaurants for take-out and dine-in. My husband and I enjoyed early morning runs around historic downtown, the LDS temple, and the surrounding neighborhoods. We loved the house so much, we already reserved it for next year when we'll be back for another swim meet!
The property is in a quiet residential area about a mile from the center of town. It has a nice sitting area, bedroom, kitchen, and bath. There is a very nice rear deck with a sofa, a dining table and chairs, a grill and a heater. It is lacking an indoor eating area, having only two individual plastic folding tables. The kitchen peninsula has no knee space. There was a minor issue upon check-in caused by the cleaning service and the host resolved it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
This cute little house was perfect for my husband and me. The decor of the house was so well done. Everything was updated and comfortable. It had a beautiful, well stocked kitchen which made it easy for us to fix our meals. David, the host provided us with coffee and tea and also a bowl with some snacks. The house had a washer and dryer. Detergent pods and dryer sheets were provided by the host. The bed was only a double bed, but was very comfortable. Finally the bathroom had a big beautiful shower with toiletries and bathrobes to boot. The host was easy to work with. He got back with me right away if I had any questions. This beautiful house was perfect for our stay in St. George. We would definitely book it again if we return to the area.
We enjoyed our time at this little cottage. It was clean and appeared well maintained. The yard is well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with pans, glasswear, dishes and utensils. I would suggest having a few basic spices available other than salt and pepper. We enjoyed having the Keurig coffee maker. The water and ice maker on the fridge doesn't work. It would be nice to have a water filter system like Britta water container as the tap water isn't great. There really is no place to sit for a meal as the kitchen counter doesn't have an over hanging edge. We had to sit sideways to eat.
It does have a little deck with table and chairs in the back but it faces another house that seems to share the same yard space.
The bed is pretty comfortable but a bit small.
The bathroom is small but sufficient and the shower is nice with good water pressure. The laundry and closet area are nice.
The Owner responded quickly to our questions.
Overall, a good week at this cottage.
We loved our stay! The house was so clean, beautiful, and had such a cozy feel. We were so comfortable and they really went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We appreciated all of the thoughtful details. We will absolutely stay here again. The host was wonderful with communicating. Thank you for a lovely stay!
I stayed here for work by myself for most of the time and family joined me for the last day.
The location was close to everything I needed and it was very calm and quiet!
I would stay here again for sure!
Was in town for Huntsman Games and was running at Greater Zion Stadium, so the location was perfect. Close to good dining in downtown St. George. Place was very clean and modern. Will try to stay here again if I return.
A couple small quibbles: the outside dining table and chairs were not cleaned and we had to clean them up ourselves in order to use them and the patio area. Also, the owner was generally very responsive, but when I asked if I could extend my departure by an hour so I could shower before leaving town, there was no response. Finally, the backdoor lock is funky. The instructions to open and lock are seemingly simple, but the lock itself has to be in a specific position for it to operate.
This was the perfect location and walking distance to the finish area of the St. George Marathon. The host was very good with communications, the house was clean and worked perfected for my wife and I.
