"We loved how large the house is-especially the kitchen. All of us could be in there and no one was in each other's way. The living room is very cozy, with a large T.V. And there are so many bedrooms-with comfortable beds. It just is really nice to be so close to town. We had so much more fun than staying in a hotel. Great hosts too! "

"The property was even better then the pictures displayed. Located just around the corner from Main Street in downtown Frankenmuth. Every room had comfy beds and they were ALL very spacious. The interior was nicely decorated for the holiday season. The kitchen had a very large table with plenty of seating, and any gadget you will need for your stay. I highly recommend this place for your gathering. You can't beat it for the price either. Great communication with the owner. 5 star...

"Perfect if you're interested in downtown shopping, within walking distance of Cheese Haus! Quick drive to groceries and Christmas Land. Only issue was with some of the amenities - pan lids didn't fit, bathroom light switch was broken, heat doesn't distribute through the whole house (though there are space heaters to help!) Overall, the location makes up for it. Great stay!"

"We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at "Best of Both Worlds!" for a weekend away with our adult children where each couple was able to have their own bedroom. The kitchen was perfect for bringing food and snacks of our own and for having a place to put leftovers from meals out. We enjoyed watching movies, playing games, and hanging out in the comfort and coziness of the living room. "House was older, but charming. Very clean and well kept. Also great location to walk to downtown Frankenmuth which was a plus during Winterfest when driving is difficult. Only complaint might be lots of traffic even at night so it’s not real quiet to sleep. Would suggest curtains in upstairs bedrooms to help block out city lights. The blinds on the windows were not enough. "

"This property had everything we needed for our family vacation: comfortable beds, cozy lounging spots, central location (3 minutes to most everything, and 6 to 10 minutes to everything else), off the main street, and plenty of entertainment options to keep the family engaged during downtime. They even had coloring books, crayons, markers, and colored pencils, which was a huge hit with our 8, 6, and 4 year old.
