Offering stunning sea views this historic merchant's house blends original features with modern amenities. Relax in the sun-lounge or on the terrace, explore the village's dining and shopping options, and stroll by the sea to St Helier, or take long walks. Convenient bus routes from the airport and around the island, and parking for two cars - getting
around is a breeze.

Our delightful home is centrally located in the stunning village of St Aubin. One of the most sought-after villages in Jersey,
Two bedrooms have sea views as well as our gorgeous sun lounge where you can while away many hours ‘people watching’ in the village.
There is a large, comfortable lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen ldeading to a conservatory, and outside terrace with dining table and chairs.
Three bedrooms with king size beds, two en-suite and one house bathroom.
There is a utility room with washing machine/dryer on the ground floor, and loo.
Outside we offer parking for two cars.
Our location is second to none in Jersey - walk out of the front door to find many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and beach cafes.
