"We love this place. Have been there 3 times with our dogs. Walking them is so easy there is a large green area just outside or a walkway around the estate, just what you need early morning and bedtime. The staff are great they are professional courteous and friendly. Emma the manageress is a joy and works really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. The chef also needs a shout also, the meals are top class. "

"Stayed at Dalegarth House for one night on 1st March as I’d planned a last minute walk around Derwent Water and didn’t fancy the trip back to Liverpool afterwards. I couldn’t access the guest form sent by email the day before arrival so called the Guest House to let the know and spoke to Craig who asked what time I would be arriving in the area and told me to give them a knock to see if the room was ready earlier than the 4pm check in time. "The Littlebeck Warren is a hidden gem and when next in the area on business I will always come back here. Joanne and Kevin are outstanding hosts, the rooms are comfortable, stylish and homely. It is just beautiful! We had our evening meal there as well as breakfast and the food was delicious and home cooked. I would highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed We will be back! "Link House is a welcoming beautifully located place to stay. Peter and Katie have created a warm and attentive atmosphere. They have an eye for detail and excel in hosting. The whole house was wonderfully clean, tastefully decorated and comfy. Breakfasts were lovely too! We definitely recommend a stay at Link House if heading to the Keswick area. "

"On arrival was concerned as there was wedding taking place at the hotel, lots of people. We were greeted by Rose on reception who was friendly and informative. We stayed in room 111 which had a wonderful view of the sea and st bees head, I found this to be very impressive, the room was comfortable with heating and tea making facilities. Our room was quiet and we didn't get disturbed by the wedding. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and walked up at bees head which is a must if you stay here. Overall our stay was wonderful, I unfortunately left behind my chargers, I called Rose who kindly packaged them up and attached a label for them to be sent back to me. Thank you Seacote hotel "
