Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property.

Wonderful apartment and great communication
A fabulous apartment for a family. Ground floor access and with a lovely view. I messaged Sally for check in information and she got back to me quickly. Warm, spacious and exactly like pictures. It was a comfy stay for us and I highly recommend this place.

The stay did not start off well with no communication received on access, after numerous calls and voice mails left eventually got access codes to entrance but nothing for property, then had to call again this time got access code we repeatedly tried didn’t work, rang again to be told access code had been changed again, it took 90 minutes in total to gain access To make matters worse the property above had a water leak which came through the bathroom ceiling

Great 2BR and 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Cornwall. Lots of beach options within 10-15mins drive as well. Fully equipped with washing mashine, disshwasher, iron etc etc. Can get very hot during a heatwave, but hey, you are on the beach anyway, right?!

Excellent, safe and secure.
This is an excellent apartment and we had a most relaxing stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had with modern fittings throughout. There is a lovely panoramic view with the town of St Austell between the apartment building and the sea. The accommodation is modern with underfloor heating in the main living area and kitchen, and electric radiators elsewhere. The bed would be fine for most and while my wife was comfortable I would have preferred something a little softer and perhaps a softer pillow. The kitchen is very modern and very spacious with plenty of counter space and cupboards. We did not receive the most comprehensive joining instruction until we were well on our way, which could cause some anxiety, but it did arrive as promised. The apartment we had, was part of a terrace of modern properties purpose built on a hill side. It was described as a penthouse, but interestingly the entrance was at the rear of the building where the private car park and shared entrance door was located and with no stairs to climb. Yes, totally recommended.

Beautiful apartment couldn’t work the TV properly but that’s old people for you. The main bedroom was beautiful with en-suite, mattress not springy enough for us, certainly would use again.
