GENERAL- Detached older style bungalow...- Superb sea views- Set in a cliffside garden looking across the cove of Portmellon - Parking available in a detached garage and space for an additional car in the lane GROUND FLOOR- Three steps down to a sun room - Sitting / dining room with superb sea views from the window- Adjacent kitchen "borrows" the views- Bathroom W.C. with vanity basin and shower over the bath- Twin bedded room with sea views and French Doors to the verandah- Double bedroom with a 5ft king size bed- Utility area with sink, a W.C. and a shower room with hand basin GARDEN- Covered verandah - Lawned areas of garden on several levels - There is a detached garage and space for an additional car at lane level LOCAL AREA- Portmellon has safe bathing and a seasonal pub- Shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour at Mevagissey are half a mile- Coastal village of Gorran Haven is 2 miles- Lost Gardens of Heligan are 4 miles- Eden Project is about 30 minute by car. PLEASE NOTE- Garden not suitable for unsupervised young children or dogs- This property welcomes a maximum of two dogs
