The Space:
Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms.

Sun Valley Resort is set in 20 acres of gently sloping parkland in the Pentewan Valley, near St Austell, Cornwall and offers the unique chance to enjoy the English Riviera and a quintessential English lifestyle. The park is close to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden Project, where you will find something to interest the whole family. The nearest beach is less than a mile away and within walking distance of Sun Valley Resort. If you think that Pentewan Beach looks familiar it is because it was used back in 1989 to film a black stallion galloping across the golden sands for a Lloyds Bank TV advert.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole bungalow, as well as the surrounding holiday resort and facilities.
The Neighborhood:
With access to all the resorts facilities whilst being tucked away in its own quiet corner, the bungalow has the best of both worlds.
The surrounding area is packed with activities. Pentewan Valley cycle hire is only a few minutes drive with extensive trails around the whole area. The beautiful white sand Pentewan beach is also just around the corner from here. The Lost Gardens of Heligan can be reached in about 5 minutes drive, and the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey is a similar distance. Here there is a vast array of pubs, cafes, restaurants, local craft shops and more.
Further afield, the world famous Eden Project can be reached in about 20 minutes. Surfing beaches on the North Coast, such as Fistral Beach in Newquay, are only 40 minutes drive.
Getting Around:
There is free parking outside the property for one vehicle, plus ample free parking in the resort car park a minutes walk away.
The nearest train station is in St Austell, around a 10-15 minute taxi drive away. There are also numerous buses. Trains come into this station directly from London Paddington.

Please note: The on-site restaurant & swimming pool at the resort nearby is temporarily closed for refurb until further notice.
