Swallow Cottage is a pet-friendly, Grade II listed cottage ideally suited for all of Cornwall's attractions and is set in the quiet village of Sticker. The cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping three people and is only a short walk away from the local pub and shop.
The cosy and characterful accommodation is all on the ground floor (only two steps up to the main entrance) and has all the amenities required for a self-catering stay. There is dedicated high-speed fibre broadband should anybody need to access the internet while staying and for small children a travel cot, high chair, bed guard, and changing mat can be provided.
There is free, off-road parking for one car at Swallow Cottage and there is additional parking 50 metres away in the village car park for a second. For guests bringing bikes and surfboards etc there is storage space available. The garden is shared with the next door property and provides a lovely place to sit out during the summer months.
The local village shop sells a range of fresh vegetables, bread, pasties and wine and is also a post office. For more services there are several larger Supermarkets and shops less than 10 minutes drive (in St Austell).
Guests are spoiled for choice with many local attractions and beaches well worth a visit. The area is incredibly popular all-year round with Mevagissey, The Roseland and Charlestown all being worth a trip and are less than 15 minutes’ drive. Tourist attractions within equally easy reach include the Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project.
