Our quaint craftsman 1920's "TownCenter Cottage" is conveniently located in a cozy residential setting just steps away from the heart of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine (walk score of 93 on walkscore.com) and with a short drive to the beaches.

TownCenter Cottage is ideal for families, couples traveling together and singles enjoying a getaway. You will find a fully stocked kitchen, dining room for eight, cozy living room, two queen bedrooms, sleeper den with twin singles, one full bath and one-half bath, and an amazing front porch for morning coffee or evening libations watching the horse and carriages pass by on their way touring the historic sites nearby.

Best little house to stay in in downtown Saint Augustine
Owners are the sweetest! Never had to move our vehicle once we parked. We literal walked to the downtown historic district (not even a full two blocks) every day and to Flagler college. The house is right across from Flagler college parking.

Perfect location
Beautiful home with all the necessary amenities! Rented a golf cart to get to some places and to have a personal night of lights tour. Home is centrally located so golf cart was not necessary but helpful with a 3 year old that doesn’t walk very fast. Great visit and would stay here again!!

Such an amazing home, and very friendly, communicative and efficient hosts!!!
Stayed with my family here, and chose it because it is perfectly located in St Augustine. 2 minute walk to downtown, but not right in the middle so its quiet enough at night. The hosts were extremely hospitable and very communicative. Had absolutely no problems checking in, and finding all the information needed for the home, which was extremely clean and well maintained. Couldn't say a negative thing if I tried. If you're looking for a spot in town with all the best qualities, and find this one available, consider yourself very lucky and dont hesitate to book it. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing location!
We had a fantastic stay here over a long weekend. I've stayed elsewhere when visiting St. Augustine in the past, and this was by far the closest and most convenient place, relative to the main strip, I've stayed at. It's a 4 minute walk and your in the middle of the old towne area and there's a great breakfast stop on the way. If your interested in the old town and college areas this is a great place to stay. Easily slept all 3 adults without any issues. I would stay here again if it's available in future trips.

The Perfect Place To Stay in St. Augustine
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super cute house. It is as charming in real life as it is in the pictures. The surrounding neighborhood is also really picturesque. The evening we arrived, I enjoyed going on an evening stroll and got the best pictures. We also loved seeing horse and carriage coming by, as well as the trolley ride. It felt really special to be surrounded by the history of old St. Augustine, and it was so convenient to be within a short walk to shops and restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for us. The place is very well stocked; everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental is there. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a lot larger than the picture shows, and quite comfortable for our family of five to share. We loved everything about this house, and hope to be back again soon.

Historic Home with plenty of charm!
Easy walk to everything! This charming historic home offers a huge front porch where we enjoyed people watching and horse drawn carriage rides. Parking was very easy and the home was well decorated.
