Perfect Beach Vacation
The condo was extremely clean, and the owner put a lot of thoughtfulness into making our stay comfortable. There were snacks and wine waiting for us when we arrived; extra beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles. The condo had everything we needed! The porch is easily accessible to the pool and beach. Tradewinds is such a quaint and quiet little community. This place is perfect for a couple or small family getaway! We will definitely be booking again!

Thoughtful Hosts
I come to St. Augustine once a year and have stayed in many rentals. I love this location. The beach is fantastic. I find a ground-floor unit is very convenient. I came alone. But it was just the type of spot I would have chosen when my kids were younger - a ground-floor unit with some grass to play in, quick access to the beach without crossing a street, a great view of the pool so I could see what the kids were up to and a nice view of the water for sunrises. The place itself was spotless. The hosts do a nice job providing a nice place that is well furnished. They even provide some extra items for families including pool noodles The kitchen even had some snacks, spices and olive oil. It's a little thing, but made it so I didn't have to go right to the grocery store after arriving. The host was helpful. This is a great place to stay.
