Property was great. Location too. The check in system sucked. It would be better to have someone there to check people in and out instead of using the app. We had to wait for someone to personally deliver room keys to us because the app wasnt able to unlock our doors

Quaint and perfect for my date night. It's like a South Beach Miami hotel on the Island. Food and drink all around it. We stayed in the smaller room and chose the larger one. Easy parking, bikes to use... fresh ground expresso, cappuccino , coffee machine in lobby. Fresh tacos across the road. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Perfect location to go to a covert at the amphitheater. Fun decor, clean with lots of restaurant choices in walking distance. Check-in is all through an app.

I had trouble with the key card despite the FAQ trouble shooting tips but someone on the phone helped me very quickly! The room was so cute and clean! Loved the location and would absolutely stay again!!

Super cute place that was clean and safe. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was how thin the walls are & beds are a little too firm. Whoever was above us woke us up at 3:30am one night and 5am the next and you could hear the shower running next door clear as day but it was VERY clean and in a good location.

Boutique Hotel with lots of Charm
The Local is a great spot when you want to be near downtown, but not downtown! The staff communicates very well, they are always prompt, welcoming and friendly! Great place to stay!

Worst customer service in our whole travels across the Country. The app to get into your room never works and no one answers the phone when you call for help. The rooms are small. AC doesn’t work. We got locked out of our room several times and had to wait for over an hour to get in. We were in St Aug for business and we were unable to change for meetings as a result of the poor service here. They are way too focused on their flamingo wallpaper and should focus way more on the quality of stay.

This is a very nice hotel, with a retro vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is good, close to the historic downtown area as well as close to beaches. Only issues were with the app not loading and not able to use the keycard on my phone, but housekeeping gave me a physical keycare. Also, not much hot water except for maybe one day. Rest was lukewarm.

Really enjoyed out stay. Came into town for a concert at the amphitheater (1 mile away from the local) Hotel was clean and so easy to use the lobby free check in. Dog friendly and really convenient to all of ST. Aug.
