Great Location, Great Hosts
We had a great time at the blue cottage. The location is great, walking distance to town and the bayfront but away from the noise of downtown. The cottage is very well and thoughtfully appointed. If you forget anything, it is probably there. The owners are responsive to any issues. I would definitely rent here again.

Ladies trip
Lovely home in historic area in St Augustine. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, everything you need is close by. We walked to trolley stop #11 on our first day and did the tour on our first day. On-street parking on quiet street and note that check out is at 10 am (not 11 am). Overall a wonderful stay.

Awesome Place!
My daughter and I stayed at the place to attend a wedding in St. Augustine. We loved it! The place was so cute, and I loved the history of the house and the Lincolnville area. They provided all the amenities you could ask for from bikes, umbrellas, toiletries and even a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and so much more. It was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown St Augustine. We also got the trolley pass and they have stop at the end of the road. We will definitely be back and be referring others to this property!

Cute house close to the historic area!
This is a great little house! The decorations are beautiful and there are littles extras throughout the rooms and backyard. I actually think the house is cuter in person than the pictures show! There's a coffee bar and a fire pit and a shed with beach chairs and bicycles. We were also able to walk downtown easily from the house. We hardly had to use the car. It was a perfect house for an adult getaway weekend!

Cute Cottage
The place is thoughtfully appointed and decorated. The cottage was not fully ‘turned over’ from prior guests for our stay with used items remaining behind. Our weather for a few days was less than ideal so we were unable to get use of many cottage amenities though appreciated availability. Location was great as was access - easy walking distance to downtown and felt safe in neighborhood!

Cozy and adorable
This house and property were so cute. Everything was clean and organized and we had way more than we needed. The outdoor area was so cute and fun for all. The location to downtown was perfect for us to walk to and not have to worry about driving. We loved everything about this stay.
We really enjoyed our time in this clean, well appointed home located close to the heart of everything (very walkable!) in an interesting neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and communication was quick and easy. We definitely recommend this rental and the Lincolnville neighborhood.

Beautiful house and location
The house was a perfect amount of old and new. It has everything you need or want for a perfect stay. Only a 10 minute walk to the historic downtown area and if walking isn’t your thing they offer bikes. House is located in the quiet part of town with super nice neighbors. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

St. Augustine Gem!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding in January and it was absolutely wonderful! Corrie thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and more. The house was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process was easy, and the neighborhood felt safe. They also offered bikes on site for a quick ride into town. Corrie was quick to offer local recommendations for food and activities. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends and look forward to staying here again!

Staycation
If you’re looking for a cute, inviting, comfortable place to stay, that is walking distance from downtown, this is the place! We had a lovely time in St. Augustine for our little staycation. The host was very informative and kept in contact with us. We had no issues and all the amenities that one needs. Bonus, we didn’t have to pay for parking because we were able to walk everywhere. If we didn’t want to walk, the host provided bikes that we could have used. Definitely a little gem and we will be staying again.
