• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the home. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

• BBQ Grill: Guests are also requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

Here’s a professional and balanced review based on your experience:Review:The house was great, and the caretaker who handled the cleaning, laundry, and maintenance was excellent—she truly went above and beyond. However, our experience with the property management, particularly Matthew Thornton and the team overseeing hedge management, was extremely disappointing.We drove five hours from Miami Beach to St. Augustine with our two kids, only to arrive and find no communication or access to the property. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they never responded or provided the necessary instructions for entry. This lack of organization and communication left us stranded after a long journey, which was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience for our family.While the property itself and its onsite caretaker were wonderful, the management’s failure to coordinate or communicate effectively completely overshadowed our stay. If you’re considering this property, be prepared to deal with poor management.Would you like me to adjust this further or add anything specific?

Friends Retreat
The property is amazing! There was plenty of room for our group of ten. Check in was a breeze and management was in constant contact with us. When I had a question they responded within minutes. All of the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Both kitchens were well equipped with new appliances . The backyard was amazing. Two areas to relax and socialize. The location can't be beat.One mile from old town. A straight shot into town.I would highly recommend this property!
