A Wonderful Stay
The property was well-kept, cozy, and in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to the beach and downtown St. Augustine to feel like we weren’t totally secluded. The hostess was extremely kind and helpful, which helped make our trip to St. Augustine enjoyable and memorable.

A great stay
The property was great for the two of us and we had more than ample supplies for our stay. Jana was great to work with and we were welcomed with wine and homemade cookies. We wold definitely recommend and would not hesitate to rebook

Lovely cottage!
This was a very clean and immaculate place in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed, Jana was a gracious hostess, and the property was convenient to everything we wanted to do in St. Augustine.

Wonderful!
This property was wonderful for our short stay! We drive through St. Augustine a few times a year and usually stop at Crescent Beach and prefer to not stay in a hotel. We would highly recommend this property and will be staying here again! This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed!

Beautiful place. Excellent host. Great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The "cottage" was very nicely equipped; clean; private; and quiet. Although it was about 20 minutes outside of "Old St. Augustine" the drive was not that terrible. In fact staying out was a nice change from the traffic and crowds of the city. We would recommend this place.

Lovely, quiet, beautiful place!
This property is so quaint and beautiful. The Florida foliage was a beautiful backdrop out of the large windows. It was so clean and well-decorated to make you feel cozy and comfortable as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this property if you want a quiet, beautiful home away from home while in St. Augustine.

Nice Quiet Getaway
It's a beautiful place! Clean and cozily decorated-just lovely. Fresh-baked cookies were waiting with a bottle of wine. Jana and Garth were so gracious and warm, terrific hosts. The property is serene and is perfect for wildlife watching and being outside. We hope to return next year.

Pine Breeze Cottage
This is a very nice place to stay. I didn’t want the busy condo or hotel experience you get from a work trip so this was perfect. Very private along with the location. It’s 10 min from the beach and you can pretty much do whatever around the area without traveling a great distance. It’s very clean and although I only met the owner once she was very nice and welcoming. I would recommend this to any couple for a getaway. And thank you for the wine and cookies.

Little cabin in the woods
The beautiful cabin was very quiet and well outfitted. We would love to stay again. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The main bed was very comfortable and the kids didn’t complain about the pull out bed. Highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet and out of the way. It is a little drive to the beach, restaurants, and Tesla charger, but not terrible at all.

Get away from snow
Needed a place to stay for couple of nights on our way south from the snow. This place was so nice. Very clean and decorated so cute. The area was very peaceful but close to beaches and St. Augustine. And the cookies Jana left were delicious. Would definitely recommend especially for a couples getaway! Thanks again for letting us stay!

This was our second visit. The cottage is lovely, super clean, and private. The hosts are welcoming and answer any questions promptly. So relaxing, and the beach is close by. Highly recommend, hope to return. ( and delicious cookies too)

This cottage was absolutely adorable! It was cozy, clean, beautifully decorated, and nestled in trees in a quiet, private neighborhood. The hosts were so friendly and even added a sweet touch of cookies for a treat. I would highly recommend this cottage home!

Wonderful Memories Made in Idyllic Setting!
We felt right at home at Jana’s cottage the minute we walked in the door! Beautiful decor, amazing woodland views complete with a bottle of wine and plate of home baked cookies conveyed a warm welcome. Our second day there, our son and his wife who live nearby, joined us for a BBQ dinner and fire pit chat. I can’t wait to book with her again!

Peaceful cottage
The cottage was exactly as advertised. In a very quiet neighborhood and relaxing. Jana, the host, was very nice and accommodating. The cookies she had baked were delicious. We saw all kinds of wildlife in the yard, even an armadillo one early morning. A very special place to stay.

Relaxing in beautiful setting
We needed to get away from snow, cold, and our busy jobs. The Cottage was perfect! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood we were able to relax and enjoy nature. We saw deer, an owl, Pileated woodpeckers, wild turkeys, and many songbirds. Our hosts were so easy to work with and really helped us to relax and unwind! Truly a quality place and fantastic owners!!

Our stay in the Pine Breeze Cottage was so pleasant! It was comfortably furnished and so clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare simple meals. Even coffee beans and a grinder! The location is quiet and yet just a short drive to the beach and St. Augustine. Jana has thought of everything when it comes to making a place perfect for her guests!

This was a family get away weekend for us and the cottage was beautifully decorated and comfortable to hang out in. If the weather would have been more cooperative, we wouldn't have had to hang out as much! But I would highly recommend this accommodation ~ we were very impressed from when we arrived to when we left.

Very nice but not quite private
This home is lovely and we did enjoy our stay. We were a little unsettled that the windows didn’t have any coverings. Felt like there wasn’t privacy because of it and that it’s an attached house. It was very clean and in a good location. We also saw lots of deer which was amazing.

New Years Adventures
What a gem! Tucked away from the crowds in a wonderful neighborhood. The pictures didn’t do it justice. So warm and inviting. Really enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown and beaches. Sitting on the front porch, listening to the birds with a good book was so relaxing. The cottage was one of our best rentals ever, run by some awesome people. 😊

Beautiful Cozy Cottage
Pine Breeze Cottage was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had all items that we needed. The place made you feel welcome and at home. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. There was bottled spring water in the refrigerator and delicious fresh baked cookies on a platter in the kitchen. It had a great garden view from the living room. We saw several deer near the cottage, including two baby deer. The cottage was only a short drive to Crescent Beach and restaurants. The host was very nice and friendly. It was a great place to stay in St Augustine.

Very nice place
We had a delightful stay at the, 'Pine Breeze Cottage'. It was a very clean and comfortable home, and a special mention goes to the bed which is exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I have ever experienced with rental units such as this. I think this is a nice touch and shows the time & care that is invested in maintaining the cottage. We had a great vacation, and I loved seeing the local wildlife in the neighborhood from Deer chillaxin in people's yards to Turkeys randomly creating road blocks. Our only, minor complaint, is that we were a little warm during the night, but honestly, comfortable temperature levels are very subjective, I think most people wouldn't have noticed plus there were plenty of fans available! I'd give the cottage 95/100 and would love to visit again one day soon :)
