Beach was within perfect walking distance, lots of children in pool area but it's a rental. Would have given 5 stars for accommodation but wish there was couple beach chairs and umbrella to use. As many fly to Florida.

Great vacation home.
This place was great for our large family gathering. We had a 2 bedroom place but everyone gathered at our place and we laughed the night away. Convenient to the beach, pools and downtown St. Augustine. It was a little musty at first but we aired it out and it was all good.

Excellent stay at Ocean Village Club! We stayed a week and we will definitely be returning! The condo had a lot of charm. It was clean, bed was very cozy, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast in the screen in porch. location was walking distance to the beach! The place was very quiet and the property was very taken care off. Excellent stay!! 👍

It started with no Wi-Fi 2 hours before arrival which was an inconvenience, upon arrival the air was set on 80, so it took several hours to cool and no ice was on so another inconvenience. Many of the light socks were not working, lamps didn’t work and having to drop off keys after a long stay is inconvenient. We are also told we could not check in early, but yet it didn’t appear a lot was done to prepare for our stay. We only had 4 towels for a 3 night stay.

One tiny soap for 2 people, no little shampoos, no instructions for entry card, who knew you needed one to go to the beach, pick up gate cards 12 mile round trip from the location, unreasonable. Twenty minute from town nothing around the unit, no restaurants, points of interest, seemed to be oversold.

condo was nice, beds comfortable and glad it's a ground floor condo. Since there aren't any elevators it would be helpful to be told. Didn't like fact that couldn't play music at pool without it being on ear buds, hard to talk to someone with ear buds in. Music was lowest level and still told to turn it off, it helps to drown out the mowing and leaf blowing that's done on the grounds

The property is very nice and overall well-maintained. Just a few minor details keep me from giving 5 stars. 1. Access directions are accurate but could be made better by explaining how to get the gate key first (it’s kept off-site) and then how to get in the room 2) Basic supplies given are minimal at best. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom is just not enough. Also only one trash bag given and absolutely no simple condiments like salt and pepper. These are items you shouldn’t have to bring or buy unless you’re excessive, especially when you’re paying so much per night. 3) The master bathroom had a small open-shelf cabinet above the toilet that had seen much better days. It had obviously fallen apart at some point and instead of replacing, it was just repaired with visible L-brackets that make you question the quality of everything in the room. 4) Small patches of mold in the caulking in the shower. It’s a quick job to just remove and replace the caulk. 5) The supplied towels were very cheap. They weren’t absorbent and you would wind up with tiny fuzz all over your body after drying off.
