Beach Haven is located on Anastasia Island, just 10 minutes south of downtown St. Augustine. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway or an active vacation! The in-ground heated pool offers a safe and private space for both children and adults.

The neighborhood is quiet, featuring a mix of vacationers and year-round residents on a dead-end street. The beach is only a two-minute walk away, accessible via a beautiful wooden walkway that provides stunning views of the dunes, beach, and ocean. You'll also spot local wildlife, including turtles, rabbits, and various birds—perfect for avid birdwatchers!

We welcome children and pets at this pet-friendly rental house, with a small pet fee applicable. You'll be just minutes away from excellent restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. St. Augustine is known for being dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating that welcomes your furry companions. There are 44 dog-friendly activities in St. Augustine, along with a variety of watercraft rentals, golfing, museums, art galleries, and historic sites along the intercoastal waterway and in downtown St. Augustine.

*The pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 84 degrees for an additional fee of $200 per week or less. Pool heating must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival. Please be aware that we do not heat the pool from Memorial Day until mid-September.

Great Spot!
One block away from beach access, neighborhood quiet, access to surrounding locations, all a plus for our trip. We visit once a year from St. Petersburg and will look into this property again on our next visit.

The house was very clean and the location is excellent. The historic downtown area of St. Augustine is only about 10 minutes or so away. We will definitely stay here again.

Beach Haven...Beach Heaven!!
We had a great stay in St Augustine Beach. The house was comfortable, roomy and very nicely equipped. The beach was an easy walk to a wonderful part where the sand was pristine and you can walk for miles in either direction. The pool was a very nice refresher.

Beach Haven
This is a well maintained, super clean and pet friendly home. The beach access is a 3 minute walk. The local neighbors are also very outgoing and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again. If you venture out at night, I recommend River and Fort and the Tini Marrini.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your home. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and a short easy walk to the beach. The only issue was the master TV. Volume very low and we couldn’t get it turned up. We will probably be back next year. 😊

The house was beautiful and very clean. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the breeze and the view. The kids loved the pool. It was a short walk to the beach. We loved everything and would like to come back!

This was a last minute booking and we all loved the location. It was a short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all. We would come back around 2 eat and then enjoy the pool. There is alot of restaurants around the house. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect beach house!
The house was perfect, the neighborhood was a little funky and the neighbors were super friendly. The walk to the beach is super short - you almost feel like you have your own private beach. The pool was ideal for our teenagers and their friends. We had so much fun in this beach house. We felt like we were reasonably close to other fun towns such as Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, etc. The A1A/coast drive is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This house was great, really well equipped, nice pool. Any inquiries we had ahead of time were answered promptly and courteously. While our group was just four adults, we’d recommend for two families or a grandparent situation due to the very thoughtful layout of the house. Great neighbourhood, close to the beach. No beach chairs, but there’s a store really close by if you forget them.

Great layout and accomadations
We had a great time in St. Augustine and this house was perfect for our family of 5 adults plus a dog. The pool was wonderful and the shady decks upstairs and downstairs were pleasant with the almost constant breeze. Having the fenced in yard allowed our dog to have more freedom than usual on vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The two separate living areas upstairs and downstairs let us spread out and all enjoy reading or watching TV. Great place! Thanks!
