Short Spring break get-away
Lovely Condo with view of ocean from the bedroom patio. Nicely furnished and good location. We had a very nice time and would stay here again if we were to come back to the area.

Perfecy Weekend St Aug Getaway
My husband and I stayed here for our 1st trip to St Augustine. It was right beside the pier and had several great restaurants nearby. Very quiet area and just a short drive to downtown. The check in process and communication was great. Highly recommend!

Lovely, updated, clean and spacious condo in an excellent location - just steps away from the beach and pier. The accommodations were super. We will definitely be back again soon.

Great little condo
This place is nicely done, bed is comfortable, very clean. it is a great location and easy to walk to the beach, the pier and restaurants. The farmer's market on Wednesday morning was cute. The only down side is you really don't have an ocean view due to the fence obscuring the view. For the convenience and the price, we would stay here again.

The property is in an older development, but the unit itself has been fully renovated and is very clean and comfortable. Super quick drive into St. Augustine. The host is great and very responsive. Would recommend this unit to anyone for a nice stay.

Nice place with excellent location
Very nice condo appropriately furnished. Location right on the beach with great restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. Town of St Augustine with it's many attractions just a few mile drive from condo. We stayed 2 weeks and only complaint was we had to buy our own toilet paper!

Short Getaway
The property is very nice. The unit is very nice, nice furnishings, linens, kitchen. The location was great, walkable to nearby restaurants. The internet was spotty. Because its a ground floor unit the view was obstructed by a large fence with no direct beach access. Overall pleasant stay!

Great Condo
Condo looked way nicer in person than the photos. Check-In process is so cool with an electronic board. Condo was very clean and came with a lot of extra stuff (beach chairs, baby playpen, lots of kitchen utensils and supplies etc.) very happy with the whole process, price and location! Definitely booking here again!

Great place, not very wheel chair accessible
Loved the space. However, if I had not been able to walk a little bit, I would not have been able to get in/out of the condo or patio or. The bedrooms/bathrooms. Our bad for not asking before renting. Also, saw a couple of large (3/4 inch) roaches (not palmetto bugs) in a bedroom and a bathroom.

Our Stay at Pier Point South
My wife and I enjoyed a very nice and relaxing stay at Todd's Pier Point South condo unit. The unit itself was very clean, with a nice kitchen and family/living room. Todd had a nice working Kiosk that provided up to date wifi and password information along with very good local restaurant suggestions! We really enjoyed St. Augustine and the location of Todd's condo, allowed us to easily head into St. Augustine and explore this fun historical city. Thanks Todd for everything & we would come back to your wonderful condo unit!

Great Location and clean
Location was amazing and this property was very clean! Many great restaurants near the condo. Close to downtown and close to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. My only complaint was the view. The condo is on the beach, but the view of the beach from the condo was underwhelming. The photos are from before the hurricane so the landscape has changed. You couldn’t access the beach from the property. You had to walk to the public beach entrance next door.

Clean & Updated Condo with Obstructed View
The condo is extremely clean and very well maintained. We loved the touch-screen board next to the front door that offered recommendations and made the entire check-in and check-out process very easy. There are restaurants close to the condo, and downtown Saint Augustine is a short drive away. The location is on the beach, but the view of the ocean is almost completely obstructed by a white fence. Based on the pictures that were posted, we were expecting a clear view of the ocean. Instead, we could only see a small section of it due to the fence. If an ocean view is a top priority for you, then I would look elsewhere.
