Great Place!
Sea Place is a great condominium development. The property is quiet, well-kept, clean and friendly. The condo itself is exactly as described, only the view of the ocean is more of a peek than a view. The entire home was incredibly clean and well-stocked. Our family had a wonderful time.

Fantastic stay at the beach
This was one of our favorite VRBO properties! The property manager, Candy, was super-helpful and responsive! When the Keurig coffee maker broke on our first morning, she replaced it with a new one within a couple hours! The unit is very close to the beach and overlooks the pool. We had a great stay and hope to return again soon!

Wonderful Place
This property unit is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The property itself is very nice and peaceful. It is well stocked with all the needed dishes. You will need to bring your own spices, salt, pepper, sugar, etc...if you plan on cooking any meals. I cant say anything negative about the place. From the booking process to check out, was a great experince with the property owner/ manager. Book it!! You will love it!

Great Family Vacation
My husband and our 2 boys visited this week and had a great time! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed in the primary is so comfortable! The beach view isn’t much, but shown as pictured. Wish the palm trees weren’t there and it would have been a perfect view. We had an issue with the fridge not working. We called and owner was not the friendliest, but after reaching out again had someone out to look at it the next day. He said he needed to order a part, never came back the rest of the week, but luckily it worked the rest of the week. Great access to the beautiful beach and close to downtown and many restaurants. Our family doesn’t tend to visit the same places twice, but I would recommend to friends. My parents also stayed at another unit on property and had a great experience too!

Nice Oceanfront condo
We use rentals for vacations often. I am going to separate this into good and bad. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was nicely decorated. The owner offered us to be able to enter 1 hour earlier than anticipated which we much appreciated. Good: quiet location, not far from the main land and close to a grocery store and attractions. Beautiful beach! Well stocked with pots and pans, dish ware and cups Plenty of towels for the bath and beach. The resort is quiet, clean and the pool was nice, it is not heated though. The condo was very clean and had plenty of furniture for 6 adults (we were 2 parents and 4 college students). Bad: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no replacement trash bags, 2 dish washing tabs and 2 laundry tabs for a weeks stay. Not adequate, we had to buy our own. No broom available to use. This is a beach front condo. There was sand everywhere that we could not clean up. It is not an ocean view unless you lean over the balcony or remove the palm tree blocking your view. The first night I almost cut my finger off cutting a cucumber because the knives were horrible. We bought one and left it there for other guests. When we arrived, the temperature in the condo was 54 degrees, it was during a cold spell in Florida. It took hours to heat it up. There were tiny bugs in the pantry and we had to keep all of our food in the refrigerator. The water heater took a few minutes of running to get hot water and then it would burn you. The temperature setting is dangerously high on it. The condo sleeps 6 but I would suggest no more than 4 adults It was definitely cramped. We had no correspondence from the owners while we were there or even the day of check in which we found odd, typically someone texts you to make sure all is well. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but would not stay again as we feel that the little things not provided are actually big things that make your stay nicer. Going to a grocery store almost daily because you realize you need basic items, when on vacation is annoying. We have stayed at numerous rentals and I hesitated writing a less than stellar review but we felt that there were too many things that added up to give this a 5 star review.

The place was wonderful- steps away from the beach! This unit is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and Candy was super responsive when we needed help with the code. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautifully decorated. Candy was easy to reach when I had questions. I wish we had more time to spend in St. Augustine and to enjoy this bright and spacious townhome. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the historical St. Augustine. I highly recommend you renting this townhome for your next vacation. .

Amazing Beach Getaway
This property was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was exactly as described - so clean and very comfortable. There were super nice touches like the starter packs of cleaning supplies, the coffee pods, and the beach chairs! Candy was a fantastic host! The beach was a short walk from the unit and WOW - the beach was beautiful! We will absolutely stay in this property again.
