Great place to stay
We had a wonderful time at this condo!! It’s spacious and its location right on the beach is amazing. Everything was clean and they have just the right amount of stuff to make you feel at home (beach chairs, towels, etc). Candy was extremely responsive and gave us all the info we needed. We definitely recommend this property for your stay in the St. Augustine area.

Fantastic Beach Getaway
My family enjoyed a great stay at Butler Beach. The property is clean, comfortable, and as close to the beach as you can get. The property owner is clearly a professional, and has thought of everything needed for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if I return to Butler Beach. Five stars!

The location perfect, you can see the dunes and ocean peaking over the dunes. Right near the boardwalk to beach access and near the pool. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very relaxing. I would highly recommend a vacation getaway here!

Lovely rental
We had a very nice stay at this condo. Candy was very nice to work with! The kitchen was well appointed, lots of fluffy towels for the bathrooms! We have rented in many different areas with several different companies over the years and rarely have any issues. For this particular rental, we BEG YOU TO REPLACE THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. After a long day of beach and exploring, we had no where comfortable to sit. The couch literally squeaks no matter where you sit on it (we are not large people) and all the living room furniture was dirty and VERY worn. Other than that, our stay was very nice.

Great beach escape
This was a great unit very convenient to the beach and downtown. Plenty of room and well appointed kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay. Only advice I can provide is that it would have been helpful to have extra toilet paper, garbage bags and detergent pods.

Close to the beach!
Our family had a very much needed relaxing getaway to St. Augustine. Steps to the beach. Master bed was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend Drake’s Deli and Crème de la Cocoa. Also, make sure to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, salt n pepper etc as what is provided will not last a lengthy stay.

Nicely decorated condo. Location was convenient to historic St Augustine. There were however a few suggestions for future renters: There was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom; 1 trash bag: 1 dishwasher pod; 1 washing machine pod. I think for the price paid for 3 nights, a couple more would be appropriate. No instructions for gate access to beach! We had to ask another visitor to show us how to use the card! No blankets on the beds.or available.; bedspreads we’re too heavy to use as a blanket. I hope this will be helpful information for preparing for future visitors. Thank You

Beautiful beach getaway
Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay at this condo directly on the beach. Beach access is very close. Owner is very responsive. Only glitch was the door code would not work when I arrived. She quickly gave me an alternative code that worked. Also had to get another person to show us how to access the beach as the card reader is on the far right outside of the metal gate. Condo is well appointed , beautifully furnished, and well stocked and bed was comfortable. 5G internet a plus when I had to do some work. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
