Enjoy ocean and pool views all day in this updated and comfortably furnished condo nestled right in the heart of St. Augustine Beach! Gorgeous natural dunes and white sandy beach are just steps away across meticulously manicured grounds to a private beach entrance. Two pools are viewable from the large balcony, which is a perfect spot to enjoy ocean sunrises and cool summer evenings. "BeachTime" is located in St. Augustine Beach and Tennis #307 and is a third floor unit, accessible by elevator, allowing for great views. The unit is tastefully decorated with soft beach decor, perfect for unwinding from the busyness of life. The open floor plan allows for ease of movement between the kitchen, dining, and living space. Enjoy ocean views and access to the balcony from the master suite which is furnished with a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are outfitted with fresh, crisp linens, and two bathrooms with soft, white towels. Have fun in the sun at the beach and pool all day and come back to your cool condo to cook up dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, take in the night views from the balcony, or watch a movie with the family.

***NOTICE: There will be on-going construction around this complex until sometime this summer. There is the possibility you will hear construction noise Monday-Saturday during the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.***

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

Family vacation

Great Beach Week
We surely needed a week at the beach and this condo was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. It actually has two bedrooms and comfy beds. It was ready at check-in time and all we needed was the numeric code—no worries about picking up keys. There are lots of good restaurants near-by so, we didn't do a lot of cooking, but still felt the kitchen is well-equipped.

The property had everything we needed. It was a perfect location. I loved how nice and quiet it was. I noticed how clean the beaches are. I felt like it was a safe place to stay,which is very important to us. My husband and I will definitely come back.

Great Family Vacation
The unit was very nice, very well equipped. We loved that the complex and area were very low key. It was perfect for our family. The only negative is that the listing stated there was a grill on the property and there aren’t any. Otherwise, we had a perfect week!!

Anniversary Week at the Beach
BeachTime was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. The condo was really decorated nice, comfortable and well appointed. The pools were nice and the grounds well kept. We reached out to our booking manager for suggestions for dinners and they responded quickly. We would most certainly return to BeachTime in St. Augustine Fl.

Great cozy rental spot
This was a quaint cozy rental spot with a wonderful patio with views overlooking the pools & ocean. The condo was completly stocked w with every amenity that one could think of, including nice dishes, settings, extra soaps, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and even q-tips! We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back!

My wife and I found this rental at the last minute after having to change our plans from the gulf side due to the hurricane. David was very responsive, confirming all was well with the property. This was a great location and the condo was very spacious. Loved the balcony opening to the living room and master bedroom. Very well stocked. Pool and grounds weee very well kept. Not only were the views beautiful but so was the condo!! There was a walk-in shower and elevator for my handicapped/elderly mother. The beds were great and furniture was comfortable!! We enjoyed the balcony and staff was easy to communicate with!! We would definitely go back!!

Wonderful condo!
I spent 6 nights in late September 2023 with my wife and mother (mom’s birthday) and we absolutely loved the place, location, amenties, and cleanliness of the condo. Everything in the condo smelled fresh and the furniture was new and not worn. The beds also were very comfortable and the view was outstanding on the balcony. Also, it’s great that the elevator was there for my 86 year old mother. This is a great condo for any family and I would highly recommend it.

Fabulous condo
This condo was great. Loved it's proximity to the beach, it was very clean and the decor was cute. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals and the bed was comfortable. The best communication for any short term rental I've ever stayed at! Would definitely like to stay again!
