Great Property!
Out of all the rentals we have stayed in in St Augustine, this is by far our favorite! Very clean, great location in Lincolnville. Close to all St Augustine has to offer. Wish there were a little more cookware (pizza pan, loaf pan) but overall had most everything we needed. The grill was great, the garage was a godsend since we brought our golf cart. Beds were comfy (the upstairs king is softer than the downstairs king and the twin beds are very firm). The boys loved having the top floor all to themselves. The showers have good pressure but the towels were a little musty. The road outside is a little busy, but the white noise machines were a great touch! The living room sectional sofa was comfy and the TV was huge! Overall an amazing stay and we would book again! Thanks Christine and Steve! You're place is beautiful!

Family Get Away
This is our second time staying here, great location to downtown. We rent a golf cart which is located at the corner of Riberia and King for 24 hours and we are all over downtown. The house is located near St. Augustine Distillery and St. Augustine Fish Camp. It is clean and the downstairs primary bedroom was great for us, my daughter and kids had the entire upstairs. Would recommend. Hosts were very accommodating too!

Great Location
We really enjoyed our time at this home. Very clean, and everything was as advertised. Our kids loved the upstairs twin bed room with their own balcony. By far the location was our favorite thing about this home. I was concerned with it not being as close to downtown, but that didn't affect us at all. Walking distance to Fish Camp, St. Augustine Distillery, and other shops in that area. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay, Christina was absolutely amazing, the home was beautiful and great location to everything. You do have to walk but absolutely a great place, very peaceful area. A lovely home
The house is just as advertised but cuter in person. The decor is clean and simple, as well as the house itself was very clean. Plenty of space to store our clothes. Beds were comfy and rooms were large enough that we weren’t on top of each other. Very nice to have our own bathrooms. We didn’t spend alot of time at the house but the kitchen had everything we needed. We did grill one night and spent time on the patio. There are strings of lights outdoor that give a nice ambience. The house is close to a few restaurants. We walked to Fish Camp (about 10 min) and had a great lunch and drinks while overlooking the water. The distillery and winery are also nearby but a little farther walk. There were sidewalks along the way. The historic district is maybe a mile or so away. We had a car so we drove there. Each morning we took a walk. There is a park down the street and you pass some horses who come to the fence to see you. We also walked through the neighborhood and always felt safe. The street is kind of a main road and this is a corner house so it is a little noisy/busy during the week with people going to work and stopping at the stop sign then turning left to get to town. This didn’t bother us. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this house. We had a few questions for Christina who was very accommodating. The house was clean, location was convenient to downtown, and it definitely suited our needs. I would stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Spacious, convenient and clean
Spring break at St Augustine. This house is close to the historic district. It is a lengthy walk but not horrible. Close to a couple trolly pickups so you could walk to one of those and ride downtown. The trolley is a hop on and off throughout the day. Super convenient- totally worth it as you will learn about all the history of the town. A ghost tour will also give you a lot of historical background. Close to some good restaurants. Candlelight South, across the lion bridge-my favorite one. One twenty three burger was excellent too, right down the road. Driving distance to some nice beaches. The house was super clean. We didn’t see 1 bug or spider. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve encountered at a rental. The only downside was the road noise. House sits on a busy corner. You learn to tune it out though. Only a 2 hour drive (if that) to Orlando, if you’re looking to go to some parks. You won’t be disappointed with this one. Thanks!

The house was located in a great area with dining options within walking distance. For reference, Bridge of Lions is about 20 minutes away walking. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. House was clean and the host had good communication. Would definitely book it again.

We had a fabulous stay. The house is warm and cozy. It was nice having the master downstairs and other two rooms upstairs where the kids were. The Fish Camp restaurant down the street is amazing. We walked there a couple evenings for drinks at the bar and to watch football. The house is close to everything. Very clean and decorated so cute!

Great Weekend Stay
This house was perfect for my family for the weekend while we were celebrating my Grandson's wedding. The location was excellent just a little over a mile to downtown. The space was amazing with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. There is also a very nice patio with space for dining out though unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy it. This was so much nicer than hotel rooms.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The location was a nice walk thru historic area to the center of downtown. We had one little issue with the wifi and the host jumped on it! She went and picked up a new modem and had the wifi fixed within 2hrs on a Thursday evening. It was above and beyond expectations and greatly appreciated with 3 kids in the house! Highly recommend the home and the host! ❤️

Beautiful home!! House was immaculate! Spacious bedrooms with king size beds and wonderful bedding. Bathrooms were nicely decorated and the water pressure in the shower was great!! We rented golf carts and were able to travel back and forth and park them at the house. The home itself has a fenced in area for privacy and dogs. It also has a second floor balcony that is nice to sit on at night. The water pressure is nice and showers are hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

4th of July
We were here for a few days over the 4th of July. The propery is as pictured. Everything worked properly. We did have an issue with the sheets not being clean on any of the beds. Owner was quick to respond and tell us where to find extra sheets. We made the mistake of parking in downtown for the fireworks. It took us 1.5 hours to get back to the house, less than a mile from where we parked after they were over. Overall, it was a good stay.
