This charming Cottage provides all of the comfort you need in a wonderful location! Park the car and enjoy exploring no Lincolnville and Downtown at your leisure.

The Cottage has 2 lovely bedrooms each with Queen bed, TV, dresser, black out drapes and white cotton linens. The roomy bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The main area with vaulted ceilings has an open floor plan with Kitchen, Dining Room and Living room. The well equipped Kitchen has all you need for preparing meals plus K-cup coffeemaker and snack basket. The Dining Room has seating for 4. In the Living Room you'll enjoy a large wall hung TV and dedicated workspace.

On the patio you will find lots of seating including a patio table for dining and a gas grill. The yard is fully fenced which is great for little ones. The front porch with swing and rocking chairs provide the perfect spot to watch the world go by...we frequently enjoying seeing the horse and carriage tours go by! Old Town Trolley has Stop 11 which is only 1.5 blocks away.

All you need for a great stay is provided...including fast wifi and streaming channels. If we don't have it you probably don't need it!

Note: this property is LODGING only. No events/gatherings. The City ordinance on noise is strictly enforced. Quiet times are 10pm-8am. We respect our neighbors and ask that you do too!

No visitors, pets (unless approved by owner), smoking, parties, disruptions or other disregard of lease terms can occur or terms of rental are void and immediate eviction will be enforced. Persons other than those specified in the booking are not allowed in/on the property unless approved by us in advance. If you would like to have a visitor please coordinate with us. Please let us know who, when and for how long you expect your guest. Parking will also need to be coordinated as we have limited space and the City does not allow on street parking at a vacation rental.

Good times in St. Augustine
Lovely little home, nicely furnished and many amenities. Very clean and well organized. Walk to everything is a bit misleading though, as it is quite a walk to and from the major tourist area, especially when you have been walking around in and around St. George street all day!! Wish we had a box of Kleenex.

Perfect spring break in St. Augustine
We had a terrific week at Pauline's cottage, perfect for me and my teen daughter. The floor-to-ceiling tile shower was such a luxury! Everything was perfectly clean. Cannot recommend enough for a trip to St. Augustine!

Very clean cottage, well designed with great boho decor. Owner provides everything you need. Walking distance to everything. Although some temporary, light construction repair in neighboring house on Friday, overall quiet neighborhood. My friend and I loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I only stayed 2 nights, but we loved the comfortable coziness of the cottage. Modern, very clean and well appointed. It was exactly as described and pictured. Neighborhood is super interesting to walk around. Host was available and responsive. We'd love to visit again.

Enjoyable stay!
We loved this property and Pauline was available when we needed anything. Extremely well appointed with all the linens and extras needed, include laundry detergent. It was awesome to be able to do some laundry before the second half of our trip to another location. We walked and also used Uber, both of which worked out well for us. Can’t wait to return! Home away from home including our fur baby!
We had the absolute best time at this stay. The location was amazing and the house was a dream. It was a perfect get away for my husband, dog, and I. We loved hanging on the porch and in the gorgeous backyard. There were wine glasses, full kitchen and games! Also could walk to almost everything we did all weekend. Thank you again! Polar Vortex Escape
Great property just as advertised. Very walkable area within a quiet, historic neighborhood. The house next door is being renovated so you will hear them starting around 730am. Also, there is a healthy population of homeless folks and you will encounter them if you walk the neighborhood and on your way to old town. We had no issues and always felt safe but good to be prepared.
