We enjoyed furnishing and decorating The Magnolia House to make it feel like a home . Weeks were spent putting everything together, we have everything you would possibly want and need while on vacation - soaps and shampoos, , Keurig for 1 cup, a coffee maker for a pot, lots of extra towels, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, smart TVs with Roku devices everywhere, plenty of on-site parking, there bicycles, patio furniture and an infrared outdoor grill so you don't have to worry about charcoal or gas, luggage carriers to help bring your luggage upstairs, a pack and play and highchair for the baby, and just plenty of room to spread out and relax when you are not out and about enjoying St. Augustine!
This vacation home is located in St. Augustine. Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Lightner Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Castillo de San Marcos and Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine. Ready for a night out? Consider St. Augustine Distillery and Castle Otttis. Sailing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.

Great location close to downtown old St Augustine and equally distant from the beaches. Many things to do nearby and even very close walking distance to the Fountain of Youth. It’s a great stay and I recommend it to all!

We got married at the Fountain of Youth (Magnolia Room) and this home was perfect walking distance to the venue. All the bridesmaids and mother of the bride /groom got ready here. It was perfect! Plenty of space. Enough beds/baths. Loved the huge walk-in shower! Highly recommend in downtown St. Augustine

We had a wonderful stay at Zsusannas property. Clean house, fully stocked kitchen- and sharp knives were a welcome bonus. We used the beach chairs and bikes, it was super walkable. Lovely Macedonian restaurant close by and dunkies for the family. Easy check in and check out! Magnolia house is an example of what a great VRBO stay looks like. Thank you!

Our sons wedding weekend
We stayed for our son’s wedding weekend. It was a great location and great property. We shared with friends and family and we all had a great time . The house is so user friendly to gather and enjoy time together. Would recommend and would stay there again. It was during the night of lights which is alway amazing.

We had a group of friends staying at this property for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is beautiful and it was close enough that you can walk to the historic downtown area in about 20 min. Perfect large, open concept downstairs area and large rooms upstairs with comfortable beds.
