We enjoyed furnishing and decorating The Magnolia House to make it feel like a home . Weeks were spent putting everything together, we have everything you would possibly want and need while on vacation - soaps and shampoos, coffee flavorings, Keurig for 1 cup, a coffee maker for a pot, lots of extra towels, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, smart TVs with Roku devices everywhere, plenty of on-site parking, there bicycles, patio furniture and an infrared outdoor grill so you don't have to worry about charcoal or gas, luggage carriers to help bring your luggage upstairs, a pack and play and highchair for the baby, and just plenty of room to spread out and relax when you are not out and about enjoying St. Augustine!
This vacation home is located in St. Augustine. Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Lightner Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Castillo de San Marcos and Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine. Ready for a night out? Consider St. Augustine Distillery and Castle Otttis. Sailing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.

The 4 bedroom home accommodates guests as follows (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 Full bed ). . A max of 3 cars can be parked in the driveway, and 1 in the garage.
Guest access:
This is a private home, guests have exclusive access to the entire house and yard.
Other things to note:
If you have a longer term stay, and would like additional cleanings, each additional cleaning is $250. It includes laundry, and full house cleaning

Copy of the main guest's ID is needed per booking. No events or parties allowed.
There is a noise violation penalty of $500.00 in case of excessive noise after quiet hours (10.00pm)
There is an outdoor camera and noise detectors for security purposes.
