Downtown Bungalow - Walk To Everything!
Newly renovated St. Augustine bungalow that is close to everything downtown! NEW arcade machine just installed. Our very modern beachy furnishings will be the perfect place for you to relax and unwind. Walk to the shops, restaurants, castle, and everything else St. Augustine has to offer when you’re ready to explore. Lots of houses say they are walkable here, but we really are, with an 84 walkability score! Our place has plenty of private off-street parking with a gate for extra privacy. Play cornhole or grill in our huge backyard with a nice fire pit, surrounded by oak and palm trees. Drink coffee from our stocked Keurig, or have a craft beer in the new brewery across the street. There is a free community pool/park a few blocks away for cooling off or entertaining the kids, and we also have a Pack n Play at the house. We are also located on the historic Freedom Trail. Amazing location in one of the nations best cities!

Enjoyed our stay at The Bungalow. Very nice, clean and walkable to all the sights downtown. Would definitely recommend.
We visited St. Augustine for the 1st time with our two pups. This lovely 2bd 1 bath vrbo is close walking distance to all the lights, pubs, restaurants, shops, parks and water. There's a great brewery just steps from the property that's dog friendly, and everyone we met was genuinely welconing and fun. We highly recommend this property, and will definitely be back!

Great location!
This little bungalow has a great location, within walking distance to everything. The inside of the house is reasonably clean however, the outside is terrible. The patio furniture was filthy, as was the deck. The chairs provided in the backyard were broken and the fire pit area is all grass and large rocks, impossible to enjoy. In addition, the bikes provided are rusty, with ripped seats.
Loved this cottage feel house that is only a few minutes walk to downtown! Perfect back deck with a fenced in large back yard that would be great for kids to play in. The house was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. We will definitely rent this home again!
This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend! It was clean and kept up with nicely. The perfect walking distance and location in the city. It was so nice not having to worry about parking. We fit 2 cars without any problems. The owner responds quickly and is very accommodating!
Visited St Augustine for a few days to eat, drink, see the sites and enjoy a concert at the amphitheater, and did just that. This location couldn't have been better or more accommodating, especially with the fenced in yard for the dogs. Will certainly be renting again our next trip up!!
The house was just as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed for a getaway weekend. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
The property was clean and conveniently located, for sure. Gate was not functioning,
so a little disappointing there.
A couple of the folks staying at the shelter across the street got into a shouting match on Monday morning, which was rather uncomfortable.
However, the location couldn't have been much better and Aaron was very kind in letting us keep our vehicles on the property after check out, so we could go have breakfast before departing for home.
Loved the location, the backyard is amazing! Actual street has a lot of homeless folks, literally beside and in front of house. However, as other people stated, it was not an issue. Just something to be aware of. It was 5 min walk to a Main Street full of food, coffee, bars. Loved the location to the city! The host was wonderful with communication!

Within Walking Distance
The House is quite neat. Very huge back yard if you are bringing Pets. There is a lot of trash and Homeless on the same street, but the Homeless do not bother you. The Owners are very quick to respond to any question or need. I did feel very safe there and would stay again. Everything is in walking distance.
First I want to clarify something in other reviews regarding the neighborhood. It is Not a sketchy or bad neighborhood. We loved being able to walk to local attractions and the brewery a block away. The house was clean and our dog loved the back yard. I would also like to mention that the bed we slept in was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!
Quaint house with great walking to historic areas. Comfortable and clean inside. Outside was convenient for our dog to be able to walk without leash. Could see that those before us did not pick up after their dogs. Outside could use a little cleaning up but was not bad. Parking was a little small for a truck, but nice that it was off street. Homeless shelter nearby was not an issue and microbrewery on the corner had a food truck part of the time we were there. Overall was perfect for our stay.

Lots of homeless people 2 cars parked across the road they were being lived in tub was clogged by lots of hair able to plunge no hot water in bathroom sink outside needs tlc bikes were rusted seat torn and gad to have direct tv app to watch tv
We spent 4 days at the St. Augustine bungalow for Easter weekend. The property was very clean. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog Roxie to be able to let her out unsupervised after making sure she could not get out and was a nice place to relax outside. All the appliances worked great including the small stacked washer and dryer. Everyone loved the Keurig with the complimentary French Roast coffee, it was a perfect start for the day. The property is located at the at the southern most end of the historic district so it's very quiet. There were some homeless people that were located at a facility across the street, but we were never bothered by them even when walking to and from the property. Overall a very nice stay, I would choose this property again for a future stay. We love the area...

Not Clean
This property is not how it appears in the photos. It is not clean and had ants. The neighborhood seemed unsafe at first but apparently St. Augustine has quite a few homeless everywhere. Everything in the house was old and dirty. The sheets and bed where OK. The TV had no directions and very few channels. The walkability to all the sights was very good.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit.
Although it was walking distance to all the places we wanted to see, I did not feel comfortable venturing out by myself. I am extremely active (A - type personality), but couldn’t wonder off to explore by myself so I was a bit frustrated being tied to my husband’s activity level. There is a homeless shelter across the street - and that was not necessarily a concern - except there was a huge presence hanging out (I guess due to the cold weather). Again, ordinarily would not have been a concern except a few looked a bit unsavory and there was trash everywhere.
