Walk down the street to the very popular water front Fish Camp! Mornings are beautiful to eat on the deck or walk to your choice of cafes. In the evening, put your name on a list and wait on the porch with a glass of wine for your table. Catch the trolley from either the Ice Plant Distillery or the Lincolnville Cultural Center - at the end of the block. Join a ghost tour or walking food tour! Carriage horses often walk by, bringing the charm to you too. The house is 1/2 mile to the city center, Flagler College, & Lightner Museum.

Take a morning walk or bike ride on the beach. We're less than 10 minutes away to several different sandy beaches in St Augustine and Vilano. The neighborhood has a community pool with lap lanes, family swim, picnic area, baseball field, and walking trails. Less than a mile away, rent a boat for the day and look for dolphins.
