Great ground floor condo with private entrance on the Beach side of A1A Beach Blvd. 1300 sf of indoor living space, and over 600 sf of patio space. Master en-suite has King bed, bedroom 2 queen bed, bedroom 3 two twins, and the living room has sleeper sofa. Great for familys of all ages and wheelchair accessible to boot. Just one little step into the shower! The morning sun washes across the 30 foot wide patio to start each day. Living room and master both open onto this patio. The queen room opens to an additional smaller patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Unit is tastefully appointed, and comes fully furnished with everything to make your vacation worry free. Make sure you take a stroll around the zero entry pool on your way to the Ocean. Community also boasts a heated pool and lush landscaping. You'll have a short minute walk to either pool, and a minute more to the sand. Gazebo that over looks the main pool and ocean offer great photo opportunities. Community is equipped with horseshoe pits, BBQ grills, bocce court, and plenty of lounge chairs poolside. Our unit is equipped with beach chairs, coolers, skim and boogie boards, and a beach cart to get it all to the beach. You will also find pool and beach toys for the little ones. Ingenuity Smart and Simple Playard, (Portable crib) available on request. New 4 burner grill provided for all guests on our main patio. Monthly rates available, contact us for details. We had a wonderful ime. The resort area was nice and clean as with the condo. There was plenty of room. The location was excellent. We were close to shops, restaurants and we were right on the beach.

Our stay was wonderful! The location couldn't be beat! We loved the lanai and spent every evening and morning out there. Loved the beach, the pools and the proximity to everything we wanted. Restaurants, breweries, groceries etc. Highly recommend Santiago's next door at the Guy Harvey. Will come back and visit in the future!

Our Beach Getaway
Our family had a wonderful visit. The condo had everything we needed. It was comfortable and decorated nicely with plenty of space. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. Great access to the beach and a perfect location on A1A. We will definitely be back! In fact we liked it so much we looked to see what condos were for sale!

Great location
First time in St Augustine was great! The property was well kept, the location to the pools and beach were very convenient. Condo was well stocked. Towels were new and fluffy and the beds were comfortable. Only minor inconvenience were closet door tracks need repair, the dryer was a bit slow to dry, and the back lock could use repair as it was difficult to lock. Overall great place and would recommend!

Condo on the Beach
We all loved this condo and the location. The patio allowed for a private outdoor space for us to be outside with our 21-month-old grandson. The condo is very well stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella and a cart. Our hosts were so very welcoming and hospitable. Plenty of space for 4 adults and the baby. I would definitely recommend this condo to other families. Thanks so much to our hosts.
