This waterfront property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the City of Saint Augustine. This apartment is on the first floor of a two story home. This apartment has a separate entrance from the upstairs apartment. The apartment is approximately 550sf. When you rent this apartment you are renting a complete apartment. Very cozy and enjoyable place to stay
The property is very nice and accessible to downtown St Augustine. I would highly recommend it for others to visit. Just not the dates I need it. Plan to visit again.

Wonderful St Augustine Stay
This property was perfect for our visit to the St Augustine area. It was clean, well stocked, and centrally located to town but quiet. The screened porch is perfect for birdwatching and sunsets. The bed was comfortable and the parking is easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at this sweet house looking out over the estuary. It's quite convenient for visitors to old St. Augustine. Comfortable, clean, great paintngs on the walls. Lovely landscaping. And so delightful to view the sunsets from the back porch!
