Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom condo with fireplace. This is located in the newest condo on the beach. This is for more sophisticated tastes and is very upscale. Handicapped accessible. The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean.
Shopping, restaurants and retail is within walking distance, along with jet ski and pontoon boat rentals.

Great location, Great view, would definitely stay there again!
It was everything the listing showed and said and then some. This area of the beach was rather quiet considering it was weekend and week after the 4th of July.

Great property, great location and quiet. Beach is wonderful for relaxing and going for walks. Restaurants , groceries and liquor stores are nearby. Just a great spot.

This condo is beautiful. You are also in walking distance of a Publix and a few restaurants, as well as the pier. The owner is very helpful. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Other than some old coffee grounds that had been left on the coffee pot (dry and moldy, yuck), unknown medical pill found on the floor and the bugs in the kitchen, we had a very nice stay in this unit. A deep clean of the kitchen is needed. Local area restaurants were top notch! Perfect location!

This was our third time staying at this property. It is perfectly located near the grocery store and restaurants, yet the beach is still uncrowded and quiet. The condo has all the comforts of home, and we LOVE the outdoor living area! It has become our home away from home. We can’t wait for next summer!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to hear and see the beach. Fishing from the beach right out in front of our balcony was so convenient. There is more room than the pictures reflect. Everything seemed to be in good working order. Would stay again.

Property was clean and very enjoyable. Far enough away from downtown st Augustine to have a nice quite beach to your self. Everything you need just about walking distance. Publix pier and restaurants. Will be staying again in the near future.

The condo was great plenty of room, super clean and the patio gave great views of the ocean where we seen dolphins playing almost daily. We were even luck enough to witness some sea turtles hatch!!! Luann was the best host ever answered messages we had in a matter of minutes!! Thank you for such a great vacation!

Wonderful Week!
This is such a wonderful place! This is our third stay here and we will be back again when we can! The perfect beach place with a quiet beach that almost feels private, and the condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Last time we stayed, the toaster stopped working, and the manager brought a new one the same day. She has always been extremely responsive to any questions we have had, including suggesting where to eat or where the churches are. The unit is sparkling clean, and supplies everything, even extra lightbulbs. Can't wait to go back again to this special place.
