Because we are concerned for everyone’s health and safety, we are taking extra measures in cleaning of the rental. The home is professionally cleaned by an expert in the field. All surfaces are disinfected, including but not limited to, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet knobs, remotes, and any surfaces that hands may touch. We also add a little bleach to all sheets, pillow cases and bath linens during wash. If you have any questions, concerns or comments please feel free to contact us!
Property Description:
This Beautiful Pet Friendly home is located on the beach side of A1A with a short trail and neighborhood walk to a pristine white sandy beach. It has 1800 sf living space with one King size bed, one Queen, two Trundle twin beds and two comfortable pull out couches in the living room, each with a queen size mattress. Fully stocked kitchen, three TV's with hundreds of cable channels, Hi speed internet and wifi, double car garage, fully fenced in back yard with grass area for your furry friends and a covered patio area equipped with gas grill, patio table and chairs. Also we have bicycles, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and a beach cart for easy transport.
*NOTE* The pet fee is $125 for your entire stay. Maximum of two dogs per stay. WHEN BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE CHECK THE “YES” BOX FOR PETS (if you’re bringing pets) and the fee will automatically be added to your total.
The Saint Augustine Historic District is about 8 miles away with lots of restaurants from eclectic to fine dining and interesting shops galore. There are some great restaurants close by as well, such as, The South Beach Grill, Red Frog & Mc Toads, Viola's, Mango Mangos, The Salt Life, Panama Hatties, The Purple Olive, Safe Harbor Seafood, The Beachside Diner, The Taco Shop and Coneheads for some delicious ice cream. While you're here, you have to check out the St Augustine Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Marine Land, Castillo de San Marcos, Saint Augustine Amphitheater, Epic Theater (if you're wanting to see a movie on the big screen), The Farmers Market and especially the famous Hyppo Café, where you can choose from a huge selection of gourmet popsicles.
For those who are interested in recreation, we have world class golfing for the big kids and miniature golf for the big and little kids. There's also great fishing, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding (and lots of places where you can take lessons for both), bicycling, running and bowling. There are a number of places where you can rent kayaks, surfboards, stand-up paddle boards, jet skis, Segways and scooters. Treaty Park is a 15-20 minute drive (depending on traffic) is open to everyone and has a lot to offer. Tennis courts, Pickle Ball courts, Basketball courts, Baseball and Soccer Fields, Kids playground, Dog park, trails for walking, running and bike riding and a good sized skate board park.
