This three-bedroom home offers 2.5 bathrooms and a convenient in-home laundry room. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a spacious private bathroom featuring a separate shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. Another bedroom has a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families with two twin trundle beds with additional twin beds underneath.
The living spaces are furnished with large couches, providing comfortable seating and potential sleeping space. Although these couches are not sofa beds, they offer ample room for a good night's rest. The home also features a wrap-around deck, offering panoramic views of the surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen comes with cooking utensils, a coffee pot, and a Keurig for your morning coffee needs.

The entire upper floor is exclusively designated for guest use, including access to the backyard gazebo and lawn area. Entry to the upstairs space is granted through a staircase located on the left side of the house.
We only have space for 3 cars in the parking lot. If you have more cars, please arrange alternative parking.
Extra guest fee applies to each guest over six.
For any parties over 6, there is a $20 per extra guest per night policy for the additional wear and tear on the listing.
Please make sure you take everything with you. We charge a $50 fee to mail things back to you, plus postage and boxing.

Please note that the downstairs area functions as a business office and operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We kindly request guests to be considerate by refraining from loud noises such as music, stomping, or running during these hours. Your cooperation is appreciated. It's also important to note that partying is not allowed in this home. Respect for the business office located below the condo is required, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. Drinking and partying in the shared parking lot are also prohibited to maintain a respectful environment for the neighboring businesses. There is no partying, drinking, or gathering allowed in the shared parking lot as we share it with our downstairs tenants. There is no authorized guest use of the parking lot except for parking. If you violate this rule, you will be asked to leave without a refund for violation of the listing's house rules.
