Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and availability of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, CNN, FOX, E, Bravo, HGTV, TLC, History, A&E, USA, Travel, and much more.

The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination. We know that traveling can be hectic, so we provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner.8
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Great unit. Close to almost everything. A little annoying to have roofing work being done throughout our stay but otherwise good. Didn’t get to use the pool but loved walking to Distillery and San Sebastián

Everything You Need
This property has everything to make your stay in St. Augustine a pleasant experience. We appreciated the ease of communicating with our Host. And, the location allowed us relatively easy access to all that St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights has to offer! Overall, the property was well appointed and felt like a home away from home. AMAZING
We live just north of St.Augustine but wanted to get away for a few days with our boys . We are very FSA military with this area and LOVED that we could walk anywhere we wanted ! Hosts are super friendly and place was amazing as well! Planning on going back next year already !

Never been to St Augustine before. This place offered a comfortable home environment so close to everything. It was a short walk so no need for a car. Then the trolley was right there too. Great place. Lots of room. Very clean and prepped. Enjoyed immensely
