Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Free private parking, located in downtown.
We now have an OFFICE with desk and office chair.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

The apartment was great! Everything that we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to the historic downtown area. It was even warm enough for us to enjoy the pool for a bit. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I had an awesome stay. Everything downtown was a short walk away and coming back from the beach only took a few turns. The neighborhood is friendly and even has some cute cats!! We will definitely come back to stay again!

Wonderful retreat in St. Augustine
The property was perfectly located just south of St. Augustine’s historic district. Well equipped, clean and very functional. The pool was an added bonus. Kirsten and Michael were very friendly and helpful.

All the comforts of home
Nice, clean, modern building, apartment was very clean, nice appliances., fully stocked kitchen (i.e. plates, cook wear, etc.) Nice and quiet neighborhood comfortably furnished. Just a nice cozy comfy spot, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay, place was clean, check in was easy. Great location but still a good walk to downtown. The pictures showed a pool but we never saw a pool, not sure where it was but it was too cold anyway. Overall great stay

Property was very well layed out. The rooms were clean and the kitchen as well stocked. I was not a big fan of the temperature in the apartment during the day. The air would run all day but the temperature was 76 and up during the day. It would cool down at night after the outside temp dropped.

Great base for exploring St. Augustine.
Immaculate apartment in quaint historic area. Everything we needed was provided and Kirsten was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook, or it is a short 10 minute walk into the downtown for many restaurant options. Lovely pool area too. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough for us to use it. Off street parking was nice too. Very well run property.

Kirsten is great to deal with, super clean and everything you need. A very short walk to downtown yet located on a very quite street. Dog Rose Brewery a block away and fine restaurants just down the street. Had a great time (to short) a++++ property, Thanks, D&C

This is a really nice 2 bedroom unit. Exceptiinally clean and well stocked. It was really nice they had coffee, creamer and sweetner it was very helpful. Kitchen has everything you need. The pool area is very nice. Close to downtown St. Augustine, easy walk.

Great for a girls weekend
This is the second year we've stayed at this property and we love it! It has a gorgeous, private heated pool with lounges that invite night swimming and hanging at the water's edge with a glass of wine. It's the perfect distance from everything you could want in historic St. Augustine...restaurants, water front, coffee, shopping...and even though the neighborhood *looks* a tiny bit sketchy...we never felt unsafe and everyone we passed as we walked was super friendly.
