We are located right downtown, and our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building, fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool. The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1 - November 1).

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, wireless access and availability of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, CNN, FOX, E, Bravo, HGTV, TLC, History, A&E, USA, Travel, and much more.
1 designated Parking spot on the property plus unmetered street parking, full bath, and washer/dryer is just some of what it has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to try out some local ingredients.
Located in the heart of historic Lincolnville downtown St. Augustine, attractions, shopping and restaurants are plentiful within a short walking distance. The area has a festive atmosphere all year long and especially at holiday time.
As you relax on the porch, maybe on Sundays enjoying the gospel music from the oldest Church in Lincolnville, you will feel that history comes alive when you stay at this house.
Should you choose to wander the tree lined streets of the historic district, to enjoy the fresh sea breeze along the bay front or to discover the shops of St. George Street, your options for an afternoon stroll are endless. Comfortable apartment about 0.5 miles from the main tourist area. We were able to walk to most things and only needed our car to get groceries or to go to the beach and lighthouse. Neighborhood was very quiet.

A week in St. Augustine
We traveled from upstate New York by car, to find our place exactly as described in ad. Easy check in and check out. Met Keristin the landlord a few days after check in, who was there to check on her place. Nice to see an owner who really cares about their property. We met some friends for life who also stayed there. The pool was our favorite place to hang out and was in excellent condition. We would definately recomend this as a place to stay!
