We are located right downtown, and our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building, fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool. The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1 - November 1).

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, wireless access and availability of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, CNN, FOX, E, Bravo, HGTV, TLC, History, A&E, USA, Travel, and much more.
1 designated Parking spot on the property plus unmetered street parking, full bath, and washer/dryer is just some of what it has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to try out some local ingredients.
Located in the heart of historic Lincolnville downtown St. Augustine, attractions, shopping and restaurants are plentiful within a short walking distance. The area has a festive atmosphere all year long and especially at holiday time.
As you relax on the porch, maybe on Sundays enjoying the gospel music from the oldest Church in Lincolnville, you will feel that history comes alive when you stay at this house.

Definitely would recommend this Property
We stayed at this property at the beginning of October 2024 and, of course, during Hurricane Milton. We're from Ohio so we never experienced a hurricane before. To say the least, we were a bit nervous. But the landlady was amazing, keeping in constant contact with us. She even provided other accommodations in case we needed them during and after the hurricane. She checked in on us several times, making sure we were doing okay and if we needed anything. They even offered to extend our stay for a couple of days (even though we weren't able to). The property itself was so cute and the backyard was amazing! My husband and I were so happy and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Checking out St Augustine
We had a nice week, in spite of daily rain and storms. The pool and gazebo were a godsend, we were spend the afternoon outside during a four plus hour hard rain. We were delighted when we met our host Kirsten. The location was close to beaches and we walked to and through town most days. We will be looking for longer stays!

A week in St. Augustine
We traveled from upstate New York by car, to find our place exactly as described in ad. Easy check in and check out. Met Keristin the landlord a few days after check in, who was there to check on her place. Nice to see an owner who really cares about their property. We met some friends for life who also stayed there. The pool was our favorite place to hang out and was in excellent condition. We would definately recomend this as a place to stay!

Great location
As always, A+ property, A+ owner, walk to everything. Our favorite place to get away from the MN cold. Everything was perfect except for one thing, and I know it is very difficult to screen the renters but the renters next to us last weekend almost sent us packing early. Loud TV, music, and totally out of control hyper active children. Over the years we've been there, other renters have always been quiet and respectful. We'll be back. thank you

Wonderful Destination Wedding Weekend
My wife and I attended a wedding at the Treasury on the Plaza on Saturday night. This apartment made getting to and from the venue a breeze. Since she was in a gown and heels, I simply dropped her off at the venue and drove back to the apartment. It took me less than 10 minutes to walk to the Treasury! (Note: it was December, not August. ;-) So glad we made this wedding in St Augustine a mini-vacation. We fell in love with St Augustine, and would love to stay at this apartment if we return some day. The private pool makes this property a cut above most and the short walk to historic down town restaurants, shops, museum, & Flagler College make this a great place to be. Kirsten was so responsive, it seemed like she was just waiting by her phone for a message from her guests! Thank you Kirsten for taking care of everything for us!

Comfortable apartment about 0.5 miles from the main tourist area. We were able to walk to most things and only needed our car to get groceries or to go to the beach and lighthouse. Neighborhood was very quiet.
