Direct Oceanfront Condo W/ Large Balcony

The large balcony is private to the unit and is large enough for dining outdoors. The living room is furnished with leather couches, 50 inch plasma, complete entertainment system with surround sound, DVD, and iPod hook so you can listen to all your favorite tunes. The master bedroom has a 43 inch wall mounted plasma. The second bedroom has a 19 inch flat panel television with DVD. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, glassware and plates.

We have stayed in just about every unit in Island South over the years and this is one of the best. The appliances and furniture were modern and clean and everything worked great. Too bad it was such a short stay this time.

Wonderful location and view
This 3rd floor unit was in a great complex. The large deck was really a plus for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon card games. The ocean view watching the surfers was very entertaining. We loved St Augustine Beach!

Perfect Location
The listing and pictures say it all. This is a great place, right on the beach, in a great area with many restaurants and things to-do. Host was great and called to check on us after check-in. You will not be disappointed if your stay at this property.

The condo is very nicely furnished and the large balcony is perfect for viewing the ocean. The owner was very good about notifying us immediately that unexpectedly the Condo Association changed the gate code on the boardwalk to the ocean, and gave us the new code.

Really enjoyed staying in this beautiful 2 bedroom unit. It was a fabulous weekend and this beach condo is in a perfect location. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back again.

The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean was very relaxing. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed it very much. Overall our stay was very nice and enjoyable.

Beautiful ocean view, right on the beach! Nice clean beach for walking, jogging or sunning! Great neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants! Would highly recommend Salt Life and Beachside Diner!

Perfect location from which to enjoy all St Augustine has to offer and see the Nights of Lights. The water view from the condo’s patio is amazing. Condo has everything you need. We enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants as well. Would rent again

Beautiful condo
The view and condo are both 5 stars. Watching the sunrise every morning was so peaceful. The weather was iffy but that can’t be predicted. The condo is so well furnished, we didn’t need a thing in our two week stay. Definitely will be back.
