THE SKINNY: The Coral Cottage (Unit A) is one of two homes on this property situated on the corner of Ajo Rd and Treasure Beach Rd, directly within the coveted Treasure Beach canal front neighborhood! Unit B is actively rented by other guests. Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on the patio deck, overlooking the canal and dock. Soak it all in! Grill out on the propane grill while taking in the scenery! Bring along your boat and jet skis! Park them in the Unit A driveway and then launch them at the public launch just 1 mile from the house at West Frank Butler Boat Ramp! Linens and towels included.

THE LAYOUT: 'Coral Cottage' (Unit A) has a solid studio layout.
>Comfy open floor plan feeds the bedroom area with a King size bed into living room area into kitchen and dining.
>Bathroom: Bathroom has walk in shower.
>Front entry door is located on the Ajo Rd side of the cottage near the parking area. Back door of the cottage leads out into the backyard and dock area.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 17 minute drive north on A1A is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! This home is situated very nearby a beach access walkover at the front of the neighborhood which we can guide you to after booking confirmation. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses nearby to park and walk on.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!

*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

The Neighborhood:
This eclectic fishing village called Treasure Beach is one of my favorite neighborhoods in St. Augustine. Nearly every home is situated on a canal. The canals all feed out to the inter coastal waterway, where you can make the most of your boat, jet ski's and stand up paddle boards. Nearby is the local boat ramp where you can drop in.

Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.

Treasure Beach has its own dedicated beach walkover directly across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood!

A close and convenience restaurant in the neighborhood is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla!

Dog friendly only. 1 dog total allowed, with maximum weight of 30 lbs.

Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Night, $175.00/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Month.
-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.
-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.
-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.
-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.

**Airbnb Guests: Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees (due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually), please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.

→Unit B (not included in this listing) is actively building a pool on their side of the fence. You will not be able to see the work since your area is fully fenced, but please be aware there is potential for noise.

My wife and I celebrate our wedding anniversary here. Very clean, great neighborhood, and not too far from anything you’d want to do in St. Augustine! Property manager communicated with us from Day 1 and the check in was very easy! Would stay here again!

Perfect Studio!
This studio was perfect for our stay in St. Augustine. It was close enough to the sites but allowed for a peaceful night’s sleep. The 15 minute walk to the beach was the perfect amount of exercise while vacationing. We will bring a collapsible wagon for our next trip.

The property was exactly how it was depicted in pictures. It was the perfect location for my partner and I. The location to St. Augustine was perfect and the access to the beach was easily walkable. Great cottage
Dani, the property manager was awesome! Great communication throughout my stay. Beautiful place. Bring poles and tackle so you can fish the canal out back! 5 stars across the board. As a former St. Augustine native, I was thoroughly impressed. Eat at the Purple Olive while you're there.
