- You will receive your door code via digital welcome guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.

- This property will allow one dog; breed and weight must be approved prior to booking. There is a non refundable pet fee of $100.
- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
