DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This property is under massive renovation. They currently do not even have a lobby. First our door didn’t lock from the outside, the water in the sink backed up, no water pressure, they are ripping up carpet, there isn’t a light installed by sink so they just put a bedside lamp there. The flooring in room is not complete so there is a sharp edge getting from bed to bathroom. We left two days early. There wasn’t anyone at the card table to check out. I called the following day and said we left. They have offered to refund my parking fee. They are rude on the phone, actually hung up on me. I only asked for one night refund and parking. Save yourself some grief. Stay at the Hampton Inn. They are extremely nice there.

Horrible Stay – Roaches and Blood on Sheets I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed alive roaches crawling around. To make matters worse, when I went to inspect the bed, there was visible blood on the sheets. I informed the staff about these issues, but to my shock, they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me or rectify the situation. There was no offer to change my room, provide clean sheets, or even an apology for the unsanitary and unsafe conditions. This level of disregard for cleanliness and guest comfort is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.

The property should not even be open. Construction has this hotel with no lobby, no front desk, no restaurant or bar. Spa doesn’t work, hot tub has no jets. The rooms are shauddy done remodeling. Lights in room don’t work, no hot water and plumbing fixtures that move with you try to use. Floors uneven and our bathroom vanity marble was cracked. If this is to be a new Hilton hotel, it will never make their requirements. We never got room service and had tag on door and talked to front person and he told me for sure it would be done. Lori working afternoon shift was great. All quests should be refunded payment. Don’t stay here!

Renovations are under way...room we stayed in was partially renovated but quality of work appears subpar...flooring transitions were not close to smooth or up to standard...lighting was incomplete and finishes were rough...staff was professional and kind

Unfortunately, we arrived during construction, and were never given a heads up. We did not know the kitchen would be unavailable, so we had to make other arrangements for breakfast. When we came through the front door we were received with a ladder and a construction worker obstructing the way (no caution signs).The bed sheets were very dirty.

The property is going through a major renovation. Lobby is being worked on as is the restaurant. No carpet in rooms just hard brand new 'wood-like' floor. Bathroom area had new toilet and beatiful new walk in shower. However, the new sink area was separate with no light above a small mirror. There was a lamp nearby but did not provide enough light to shave. My room had 2 nice queen beds and a huge new lcd tv. There was a fridge and microwave hidden inside a big piece of furniture. The room was advertised as partial ocean view which you really couldnt see but it did have a nice view of the pool and Jacuzzi. Its an old hotel that they're putting money into. Its 4 stories with one slow elevator. Although not right on the beach it has access and the location is great.

There was no free breakfast and they charged $10 a day for parking which goes against what I booked. Also there was no hot water and the floor was dirty. The front desk was no help with accommodating for the breakfast or parking.
