Completely fenced and screened in pool area, 100% pet friendly and children will love it. Avery's Beach Bungalow is a beachside house, fully remodeled and updated by one of the finest interior designers.

All of the living space is conveniently located on one floor, with a gorgeous outside pool. Three new plasma TVs and DVD players, WiFi internet and cable, if you need to check e-mail or do a little work. A few minute stroll to the semi-private beach access, conveniently located at the end of the block. Perfect for afternoon beach activities or sunset walks along the beautiful shores. House comes with a king and queen beds, also a convertible chair, and an aero bed (perfect for kids).

You will absolutely love this house, beach, and neighborhood- minutes to downtown and seconds to the Atlantic Ocean. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door!

Christmas Getaway
This house was perfect for 4 adults and our small dogs. Spacious, clean, and convenient to downtown St. Augustine, the beach, as well as points south. Glen was great about communicating with us from the time we booked our trip, throughout our stay, and upon our return home. We look forward to our next visit.

We had a great time during our stay. Glenn was so nice and easy to get in contact with. The house was comfortable for our family of 4 and the kids loved the pool! The beach was just a short walk and was not crowded while we were there. Overall, it was a great location with plenty of things to do.

The property is in an ideal location, just a 3 minute walk to Butler beach. The house was very clean and Glenn is a very helpful, responsive and professional host. The day we got home, we booked next year's vacation in the same spot. St. Augustine is a interesting city with a lot to offer. Thanks Glenn, you're the best!

We loved this property and the pool. It was perfect for our family and pets. The location was great. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to the historic Downtown St Augustine area. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you Glenn for making our stay so easy to check in and out. Communications with the owner was super-fast, it was like dealing with a close friend. Very friendly. House is clean and a great location. 10-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute drive to downtown. Pool is nice but be advised, there's no heater so this time of year the water is pretty cold. Then again, I'm FROM Florida so I'm wimpy about cold anything. I will definately stay here again!

The house was exactly what it was listed as. Not far from the beach and restaurants. We had a blast and the pool was refreshing after sitting out in the sun at the beach. We enjoyed it very much and for it to be our first time utilizing a b and b it was beyond my expectations.

We had so much fun staying here. It was just a short walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed the pool! The only thing I would say is maybe an update on the mattresses and the couch. But thank you so much for letting us stay here! We will be back!

Absolutely great place and close to the beach!
Our stay at this property was great during the holidays. The neighborhood was fabulous and short distance to the beach and the pool look great, due to the weather being too cold we were not able to use it. However, we will go there again when the weather is warmer! Glenn was very nice and welcoming during our stay. I would definitely stay there again with my family. Til next time!

Quick walk to beach, one story with fenced yard!
I stayed for a little over a week with my 3 dachshunds. I picked this place because it’s one story and a super short walk to the beach, and has a fenced yard. Very secure fence I might add, my dogs spent some time trying to find the weak spot but were not successful lol. The beds are comfy, each room has a TV which is a nice addition. Easy walk to the public walkovers! Washer and dryer are available to guests as well. I’ve already booked another trip!

Second visit to this lovely home!
Recently stayed in this home for a week, for the second year in a row! Obviously we love it or we wouldn't have returned. This home is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. Wonderful, friendly neighborhood. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Glenn is a great host and easy to communicate with.
