This cheerful 1st Floor Patio Suite just keeps getting nicer. It is the perfect combination of simple and sweet. The living room is a fresh white coordinated in subtle blue with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and a round club chair. The 55" Flat Screen TV* may distract you from the beautiful horizon view just outside your sliding glass door. It will also entertain you as both unit TV's come equipped with a subscription to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney plus. The bathroom is delightful with a nice vanity and extra large mirror, newly renovated to include a walk in shower. The bedroom is comfortable with a king bed and a 43" flat screen TV*. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
*When using the smart TV functionality enjoy programming in high definition.

This was honestly one of the best vacations I have had in a while. Location is near anything you can imagine and the people are so friendly. Beach access was great and everything was very clean. I plan on coming back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

As Shown Beachfront Comfy Accomodations
Please be aware this is a rental through the front office not a typical owner rental through VRBO (i.e. you will pay at the front desk upon check it and receive a room key and number then check out like a traditional hotel). However it was still a very nice experience with quality homey decorations that I would recommend.

The pictures of this place are spot on but the view of the beach is understated, it's amazing. We went down for my love's 40th birthday and ti.e away from the kiddos. It's an instant chill pill for those looking to relax. Loved every minute of it.

Perfect for relaxation.
The condo was as pictured. The patio had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a windy and rainy start but shaped up to be a perfect week. Could not have asked for more. We needed some down time and this was the perfect place for it! We enjoyed the nearby sights, beach and pool. Lots to do or not do. We had a nice relaxing time here, planning on coming back for another stay soon!

Thank goodness, we had a rental vehicle. One night I was hoping to UBER to St Augustine and I had no luck getting any vehicles because it is 13 miles from St Augustine. The Amelia beach location is supported better by UBER. The only other opportunity for Beachers is to enforce the no smoking policy. We experienced smokers on their balconies and it comes directly into your room with the screen opened. Overall, we had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I came here from Omaha Nebraska to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I wanted to just look at the beach for a few days and enjoy some Florida sun and fun. The beach view from this unit was amazing. Not only that, but when the beach was full of beach goers, the dunes between our unit and the surf shielded the view so you only saw the surf and a little beach...and not the hordes of people. The unit was also very clean and inviting. On our second night there, we had a "noise" issue with one of our neighbors. The lodging staff resolved it very quickly. This stay made our visit to St. Augustine very enjoyable and will definitely consider Beacher's Lodge if we make a return trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were surprised how far we were from downtown St. Augustine. The beachfront location of the property was the best part of our stay. The view, beach access and quiet beach was wonderful! Our unit was clean and well decorated. It was a renovated hotel room making it small and shabby in spots. Our worst issue was small ants/bugs! They were all over the “kitchen” counter and around the built in AC unit. Maintenance sprayed for them but it didn’t help. They didn’t offer any restitution for this issue. We had food that was ruined and obviously couldn’t cook/use this area. We would most likely not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The property was clean however the owner had not maintained the property well had several issues that created a problem for me. The owner had installed new heat and air units and they did not fit into sleeves that were already there. Lots of cold air came into the condo from the opening around the units this caused the heat unit to go on and off every 3 to 4 minutes was unable to sleep from the noise for 3 nights Night 1 noise night 2 turned it off it was very cold in bedroom night 3 realized the problem and covered it with a blanket Next morning After checking things myself found the problem called management and they sent someone to put foam insulation around unit to stop cold air was a very unpleasant stay and had a water leak at kitchen sink I left and went somewhere else losing. 2 days of my scheduled stay and manger would not refund me for the days I didn't stay there because of issues that were not my fault 1

Only complaint would be the bed & pillows provided were pretty uncomfortable. I would really consider upgrading the bed. you can really feel the springs when laying down & the pillows are worn out.
